人才活力与高校党外知识分子的政治参与——基于深圳的问卷调查

【摘要】：高校是最具人才活力的机构,本研究以高校党外知识分子为研究对象,构建人才活力和政治参与的测量指标。深圳3所高校问卷调查结果表明:性别、年龄、学历、网络接触、人才活力等变量对高校党外知识分子政治参与产生了显著影响。男性比女性政治参与度高;年长者比年轻者政治参与度高,博士学历者不如本科高,上网时间越长政治参与度越高,社会资本存量越大政治参与度越高,教学、科研对政治参与度有着负向显著影响,教学贡献力和科研贡献力越大,政治参与度越低。文章最后提出了推进党外知识分子政治参与的可行策略。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are the most talented institutions, this study takes the intellectuals outside the Party as the research object, and constructs the measurement index of talent vitality and political participation. The results of questionnaire survey in three universities in Shenzhen showed that gender, age, academic background, network contact, talent vitality and other variables had a significant impact on the political participation of non-Party intellectuals in colleges and universities. The political participation of men is higher than that of women; the political participation of older persons is higher than that of young people; the doctoral degree is lower than that of undergraduate students; the longer the Internet is, the higher the degree of political participation, the greater the stock of social capital, the higher the degree of political participation, the higher the teaching. Scientific research has a negative and significant impact on the degree of political participation. The greater the contribution of teaching and research, the lower the degree of political participation. Finally, the article puts forward the feasible strategy of promoting the political participation of non-party intellectuals.
