大学毕业生就业能力指标体系与量表开发研究

【摘要】:大学毕业生获得初次就业受到各方面因素的影响,但在给定的条件下,就业能力是其中一个至关重要的因素。本研究旨在通过分析大学毕业生的就业过程,并研究就业能力的指标体系及开发量表对大学毕业生就业能力进行评价,以为大学生就业能力的自我培养和高校进行职业生涯规划提供工具和方法体系支持和建议。 首先,本研究对当下大学生的就业问题、就业能力的作用机制等进行了细致的文献回顾,并据此对“大学毕业生就业能力”进行界定。随后,通过整合既有理论和实践研究、分析10名已成功就业毕业生的访谈信息初步提炼就业能力指标;通过对121名企业招聘人员进行问卷调查,筛选就业能力指标,并请其中20位招聘人员进一步明确大学毕业生就业能力各项指标的定义。在此基础上,形成了大学毕业生就业能力指标体系。接下来,作者基于新形成的就业能力指标体系开发大学毕业生就业能力自评量表,对南京理工大学2012届281名工科毕业生施测,通过探索性因素分析(EFA)对大学毕业生就业能力的潜在结构进行探索,并以就业状态(是否找到工作)和就业质量(就业满意度)等为效标对量表的实证效度进行了验证。 本研究的主要发现和结论有:(1)大学毕业生的就业能力指标体系包括25项就业能力指标,其中:主动性、团队意识、责任感、沟通能力、踏实勤奋和目标导向尤为重要;(2)所开发的大学毕业生就业能力量表具有较高的信度和效度,该量表主要测量大学毕业生在4大要素:人际交往、分析计划、积极适应和承担责任上的就业能力表现;(3)大学毕业生的就业能力水平,显著影响其就业状态与就业质量。
[Abstract]:The first employment of college graduates is affected by various factors, but under given conditions, employability is one of the most important factors. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the employability of college graduates by analyzing the employment process of college graduates, and studying the index system and development scale of employability. It provides the support and advice for the self-cultivation of college students' employability and career planning in colleges and universities. First of all, this study reviews the current employment problems of college students and the mechanism of employment ability, and defines the employment ability of college graduates. Then, through the integration of existing theoretical and practical research, the author analyzes the interview information of 10 successful graduates and preliminarily refines the employment ability index, and selects the employment ability index through the questionnaire survey of 121 enterprise recruiters. Twenty recruiters were asked to further define the indicators of college graduates' employability. On this basis, a university graduate employability index system is formed. Then, based on the newly formed employability index system, the author developed a self-rating scale for college graduates' employability, and tested 281 engineering graduates of Nanjing University of Technology in 2012. The potential structure of college graduates' employability was explored by exploratory factor analysis (EFAA), and the validity of the scale was verified by the criteria of employment status (whether to find a job) and employment quality (employment satisfaction). The main findings and conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the employment ability index system of college graduates includes 25 indicators of employability, including: initiative, team consciousness, responsibility, communication ability, etc. The college graduate employability scale developed by the university graduates has high reliability and validity. The scale mainly measures the college graduates in four main factors: interpersonal communication, analysis plan, etc. The level of employment ability of college graduates has a significant impact on their employment status and quality.
