大学生思想政治教育长效机制建设研究

【摘要】：大学生作为普遍接受高等教育的群体，无论在道德的培养和对知识的学习上都是祖国的精英，大学生的素质高低，决定着祖国和民族的未来。因此，加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，提高他们的思想政治素质，把他们培养成中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人，就成为了不容忽视的重要问题。为了确保我国在激烈的国际竞争中始终立于不败之地，确保实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标、加快推进社会主义现代化建设，确保中国特色社会主义事业兴旺发达、后继有人，大学生思想政治教育作为培养大学生思想道德、行为规范等方面的重要方法，肩负着举足轻重的责任。当前，，大学生思想政治教育仍然存在一些问题亟待解决，对大学生思想政治教育长效机制的建设，是弥补当前大学生思想政治教育中存在的缺陷和保证大学生思想政治教育的成效的必要措施。对大学生思想政治教育长效机制的深入研究，不仅能对当前大学生思想政治教育中出现的问题提出解决方案，而且能充实当前大学生思想政治教育理论。本文的主要内容共分为三个部分：第一部分为文章的引言部分，从总体上介绍了本文的研究背景、文献综述、文章结构和研究意义。第二部分开始为文章的主体部分，首先对思想政治教育机制的含义和思想政治教育的特点进行整理、分析，其次对大学生思想政治教育长效机制的内涵进行了论述，其中阐释了大学生思想政治教育长效机制的含义、构成要素，又对大学生思想政治教育长效机制建设的意义进行了分析，分别从应对国际国内形势深刻变化带来的挑战、坚定大学生的理想信念、解决大学生思想意识中的矛盾和困惑和引导网络舆论的影响方向四个方面分别进行说明。第三部分主要对大学生思想政治教育长效机制建设存在的问题及其原因进行了分析。当前，我国大学生思想政治教育长效机制建设存在的问题主要有：思想政治理论课的水平参差不齐、思想政治教育队伍建设不健全、大学生主体作用缺失以及校园文化建设不够完善。究其原因主要是对大学生思想政治教育的重要性认识还不够、对大学生思想政治教育的人员配备还不齐全、对大学生思想政治教育的环境建设还不完善。第四部分通过前文对大学生思想政治教育机制存在的问题及其原因的分析，提出对大学生思想政治教育长效机制建设的基本途径，针对三个主要原因，分别从改进对大学生思想政治教育的观念，加强大学生思想政治教育的队伍建设和优化大学生思想政治教育环境三个方面提出了自己的看法。
[Abstract]:As a general group to accept higher education, college students are the elite of the motherland and the quality of their knowledge, which determines the future of the motherland and the nation. Therefore, to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, to improve their ideological and political quality, and to cultivate them into a society with Chinese characteristics. The builders and successors of the undertakings have become an important issue that can not be ignored. In order to ensure our country's invincible position in the fierce international competition, to ensure the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, to accelerate the socialist modernization drive and to ensure the prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the following will be followed. The ideological and political education of college students, as an important way to cultivate college students' moral and moral standards, plays an important role. At present, there are still some problems to be solved in the ideological and political education of college students. The construction of the long-term system of Ideological and political education for college students is to make up for the current ideological and political education of college students. The existing defects and the necessary measures to ensure the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students. The in-depth study of the long-term mechanism of Ideological and political education for college students can not only put forward solutions to the problems arising in the current ideological and political education of college students, but also enrich the current theory of ideological and political education for college students.
The main contents of this paper are divided into three parts:
The first part is the introduction of the article. It generally introduces the research background, literature review, article structure and research significance.
The second part begins as the main part of the article. First, the meaning of the ideological and political education mechanism and the characteristics of Ideological and political education are arranged and analyzed. Secondly, the connotation of the long-term mechanism of the ideological and political education of college students is discussed, which explains the meaning of the long effect mechanism of the ideological and political education of college students, the elements and the University. The significance of the construction of the long-term mechanism of Ideological and political education is analyzed, respectively from four aspects, which are to deal with the challenges brought by the profound changes in the international and domestic situation, strengthen the ideal and belief of the college students, solve the contradictions and puzzles in the ideological consciousness of the College Students and guide the direction of the network public opinion respectively.
The third part mainly analyzes the existing problems and reasons for the construction of the long-term mechanism of Ideological and political education for college students. At present, there are some problems in the construction of the long-term mechanism of Ideological and political education for college students in China: the level of Ideological and political theory is uneven, the construction of ideological and political education team is not perfect, and the main role of the college students is the main role of the college students. The deficiency and the construction of campus culture are not perfect. The main reason is that the understanding of the importance of Ideological and political education for college students is not enough, the staffs of Ideological and political education of college students are not complete, and the environmental construction of Ideological and political education for college students is not perfect.
The fourth part, through the analysis of the existing problems and causes of the college students' Ideological and political education mechanism, puts forward the basic ways for the construction of the long-term mechanism of Ideological and political education for college students. In the light of the three main reasons, we should improve the ideological and political education of College students and strengthen the construction of the ideological and political education of college students. The author puts forward his own views on the three aspects of optimizing the ideological and political education environment of college students.
