高校科研管理信息平台设计与应用

【摘要】：提升高校科研能力与质量要求学校的科研管理要不断与现代管理科学有机结合,吸收先进管理思想和理念。利用先进的信息技术构建系统性的科研资源共享平台和整体运作的科研管理网络，实现科研项目的全过程管理，成为高校科研管理部门的一项迫切而又重要的任务。 本文提出的高校科研管理信息平台，是在信息化、网络化时代基于web的科研管理信息化建设一揽子解决方案。首先总结了传统的科研管理模式与方法，通过对高校科研管理信息化进行详细的需求分析，梳理了科研管理中各个分支的工作流程，，抽象出系统的业务流程框图，系统遵循开放性、实用性、先进性的设计原则，构建了平台的数据结构体系与功能应用体系，采用面向对象的设计方法，对系统的人机交互界面设计做了充分的考虑，初步设计建设了一个适用于多用户、高效率、网络化的高校科研管理信息平台系统，取得了一些应用效果。
[Abstract]:To improve the scientific research ability and quality of colleges and universities, the management of scientific research should be continuously combined with modern management science to absorb advanced management thoughts and ideas. It is an urgent and important task for the scientific research management department of colleges and universities to construct a systematic scientific research resource sharing platform and a whole operating scientific research management network by using advanced information technology to realize the whole process management of scientific research projects. The scientific research management information platform proposed in this paper is a solution for the construction of scientific research management information based on web in the era of information technology and networking. Firstly, it summarizes the traditional scientific research management mode and method, through the detailed demand analysis to the university scientific research management information, combs the work flow of each branch in the scientific research management, abstracts the system business process block diagram. The system follows the design principles of openness, practicability and progressiveness, and constructs the data structure system and functional application system of the platform, and takes the object oriented design method into full consideration for the design of the man-machine interface of the system. A multi-user, high-efficiency and network-based scientific research management information platform system has been designed and constructed, and some application results have been obtained.
