独立院校学生职业生涯规划教育研究

【摘要】：我国高等教育在经历了精英化教育阶段之后，现已经走向大众化教育阶段，随之而来的大学生就业问题就成为各界关注的焦点问题。同时，传统的就业方式已经难以满足日益增长的就业压力，大学生就业难已经成为越来越多大学面临的问题，因此职业生涯规划教育在大学教育过程中的地位显得尤为重要。但是现阶段我国许多高校面向学生开展的职业生涯规划教育还处在起步阶段，远远落后于欧美等发达国家。本文以青岛农业大学海都学院为研究主体，通过阅读文献，，问卷调查，访谈等方式对独立学院开展职业生涯规划教育的现状，学生对职业生涯规划教育的认识以及调查中存在问题的解决方法等方面展开研究和分析。在研究中笔者发现职业生涯规划教育在高校中的开展还存在很多问题，重点问题集中在学生对职业生涯规划教育的重视程度不够，学校对职业生涯规划教育的投入不足等。针对调查中发现的问题，笔者提出了加强高校职业生涯规划教育的建议和可行性方案，认为可以通过以下几个方面的努力来实现职业生涯规划教育的强化：一是相关部门重视职业生涯规划教育，二是树立科学的职业生涯规划理念，三是完善职业生涯规划教育课程体系，四是健全大学生职业生涯规划服务机构，五是强化职业生涯规划教师队伍建设，六是注重学生创业能力的培养。最后笔者认为对大学生的未来的就业情况进行介绍、对目标岗位进行定位、对从事专业进行分析、对就业实践情况进行讲解可以使大学生尽快融入工作岗位，对提高自身的综合竞争力有很大的帮助。
[Abstract]:The higher education of our country has experienced the elite education stage, now it has moved towards the popular education stage, and the employment problem of college students has become the focus of attention from all walks of life. At the same time, the traditional way of employment has been difficult to meet the increasing pressure of employment, the employment of college students has become a problem faced by more and more universities, so the status of career planning education in the process of university education is particularly important. However, at present, many colleges and universities in China are still in the initial stage of career planning education for their students, which lags far behind the developed countries such as Europe and the United States. This paper takes Haidu College of Qingdao Agricultural University as the main body of research, through reading literature, questionnaire, interviews and other ways to carry out career planning education in independent colleges. The students' understanding of career planning education and the solutions to the problems in the investigation are studied and analyzed. In the research, the author finds that there are still many problems in the development of career planning education in colleges and universities. The key problems are that the students pay less attention to the education of career planning, and the schools do not invest enough in the education of career planning. In view of the problems found in the investigation, the author puts forward some suggestions and feasible schemes to strengthen the education of career planning in colleges and universities. The author thinks that the education of career planning can be strengthened through the following efforts: first, the relevant departments attach importance to the education of career planning; second, establish a scientific concept of career planning. The third is to perfect the curriculum system of career planning education, the fourth is to perfect the service organization of college students' career planning, the fifth is to strengthen the construction of teachers for career planning, and the sixth is to pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability to set up businesses. Finally, the author thinks that the introduction of the future employment situation of college students, the positioning of the target position, the analysis of the major, the explanation of the employment practice can make the college students integrate into the work position as soon as possible. To improve their comprehensive competitiveness has a great help.
