我国高校课程考试质量管理体系研究

【摘要】:高校课程考试是高等教育教学活动的一个基本环节,也是测量高校教育教学活动效果的工具。高校课程考试在高等教育领域中有着不可或缺的重要作用,它的质量是高等教育质量的重要参考指标。为了满足高等教育发展的需要,使课程考试在高校人才培养质量的检测方面发挥更大的作用,必须要建立一个规范化的高校课程考试质量管理体系。本研究借鉴全面质量管理理论和系统科学理论的核心理念,在对我国高校课程考试的历史和现状进行深入分析的基础上,尝试构建我国的高校课程考试质量管理体系。 本文共分为四个部分。文章的第一部分通过对高校课程考试质量管理体系进行核心概念界定和理论基础阐释,为本文的深入研究奠定基础。第二部分通过定性研究与定量研究相结合的方式,对我国高校课程考试管理进行了历史和现状的分析。一方面查阅有关我国课程考试管理发展进程的文献资料,对其进行历史回顾;另一方面在调查分析我国部分高校课程考试管理现状的基础上,对其存在的问题及其管理失范的原因进行深入剖析。第三部分指出构建我国高校课程考试质量管理体系的意义及原则。最后,在人性化、规范化、科学化和信息化原则的指导下,提出高校课程考试质量管理体系的内容框架及其操作规范。 高校课程考试质量管理体系的建立有助于保证课程考试的质量和进一步提高课程考试管理活动的效率。通过该体系的建立,能将考试管理活动中的各个环节联系起来,有利于高校考试管理活动的整体协调和控制。为了进一步提高课程考试管理的质量,应建立由课程考试文件标准系统、课程考试监控运行系统、课程考试评价诊断系统和课程考试信息反馈系统等子系统构成的高校课程考试质量管理体系。通过该体系的良性运行,使我国高校课程考试管理的质量得到持续改进与提高。
[Abstract]:College curriculum examination is not only a basic link of higher education teaching activities, but also a tool to measure the effect of educational and teaching activities in colleges and universities. College curriculum examination plays an indispensable role in the field of higher education, and its quality is an important reference index of higher education quality. In order to meet the needs of the development of higher education and make the curriculum examination play a greater role in the examination of the quality of talent training in colleges and universities, it is necessary to establish a standardized quality management system of the college curriculum examination. This research draws lessons from the core idea of TQM theory and system science theory, on the basis of deeply analyzing the history and present situation of college curriculum examination in our country, tries to construct the quality management system of college curriculum examination in our country. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the article defines the core concepts and explains the theoretical basis of the quality management system of college curriculum examination, which lays a foundation for the further study of this paper. The second part analyzes the history and present situation of college curriculum examination management through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research. On the one hand, referring to the literature about the development of curriculum examination management in China, and reviewing its history; on the other hand, on the basis of investigating and analyzing the present situation of curriculum examination management in some colleges and universities in China, The existing problems and the causes of mismanagement are deeply analyzed. The third part points out the significance and principle of constructing the quality management system of college curriculum examination in our country. Finally, under the guidance of the principles of humanization, standardization, science and information, the content frame and operation standard of the quality management system of college curriculum examination are put forward. The establishment of quality management system of college curriculum examination is helpful to guarantee the quality of curriculum examination and further improve the efficiency of course examination management. Through the establishment of this system, each link in examination management activities can be connected, which is beneficial to the overall coordination and control of examination management activities in colleges and universities. In order to further improve the quality of curriculum examination management, we should set up a standard system for course examination documents and a system for monitoring and running the course examination. The quality management system of college curriculum examination is composed of the system of evaluation and diagnosis of course examination and the information feedback system of course examination. Through the benign operation of the system, the quality of examination management in colleges and universities in China has been continuously improved and improved.
