论德语作为外语教材对关键职业技能的促进作用

【摘要】:当今世界处于一个多变的时期,人才市场上的情况也是日新月异的。每个企业对人才的要求,特别是对他们的专业要求也是不断变化的。 在这样一个社会背景下,高校面临着巨大的挑战。学校仅仅对学生专业知识的传授已经不能使他们很好地胜任将来的工作。除了专业知识外,跨学科的知识也应该受到重视。这些知识对学生将来在工作中的表现也具有一定积极作用,特别是跨专业的关键职业技能的掌握,对学生在面对不断变化的工作、社会和个人发展要求上有很大的帮助。因此,在高校课堂上训练学生的关键职业技能是很有意义的。 当然,语言课比如外语课也可以用来促进学生关键职业技能的发展。在中国这一趋势也正在渐渐显露出来。虽然如此,人们往往在训练语言能力的语境下来分别研究这些技能,它们的职业因素经常被排除在外。 本论文以两本德语教材为例,即新编大学德语与交际德语教程,从训练关键职业技能这一角度出发对两本教材进行研究、比较并分析其优缺点。论文主要探讨以下三个技能:跨文化能力、信息处理能力以及团队合作能力。希望通过此论文能引起中国德语界对于外语课堂培训关键职业技能的一定重视。
[Abstract]:Today the world is in a changeable period, the situation in the talent market is changing with each passing day. The requirements of each enterprise for talent, especially their professional requirements are also constantly changing. In such a social background, colleges and universities are facing enormous challenges. The mere imparting of professional knowledge by the school does not make the students well qualified for future work. In addition to professional knowledge, interdisciplinary knowledge should also be valued. These knowledge will also play a positive role in the future performance of students, especially the mastery of the key vocational skills, which will be of great help to the students in the face of the changing job, social and personal development requirements. Therefore, it is meaningful to train students' key vocational skills in the classroom. Of course, language classes, such as foreign languages, can also be used to promote the development of key vocational skills. This trend is also gradually emerging in China. However, people often study these skills separately in the context of language training, and their professional factors are often excluded. This paper takes two German textbooks as an example, that is, the new German and communicative German tutorials in university. From the point of view of training the key vocational skills, this paper studies the two textbooks, compares them and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. This paper mainly discusses the following three skills: cross-cultural ability, information processing ability and teamwork ability. It is hoped that this paper will attract the attention of the Chinese German language community to the key vocational skills in foreign language classroom training.
