现代大学教授治学的机制研究

【摘要】：在知识经济的今天,以知识的创造、传播和应用为主体的现代大学,变成了推动社会前进的调节器和动力源泉。但是,我国现代大学在现阶段仍然存在着一些需要重视和有待解决的问题,例如有关教授治学的积极推进问题。为了促进教授治学在我国也能顺利进行,相关学者对于教授治学的相关方面进行了研究,本文在已有的研究基础上,从外部行政和内部行政即政府和大学自身的角度对我国现代大学教授治学的现状进行分析,找出问题所在,并通过美国加利福尼亚大学的个案分析美国教授治学的模式,为我国现代大学教授治学提供借鉴。同时,运用机制设计理论,通过分析美国的经验教训,提出从立法、协调、激励以及保障等方面来完善我国大学教授治学的机制建设。文章首先分析了教授治学有关方面的国内外研究现状,明确已有的一些研究基础,然后通过分析相关资料总结出我国目前影响教授治学推进的相关因素。为了更科学地推进教授治学,文章在此基础上对美国大学在教授治学方面的经验与教训进行了分析,最后,针对问题分别从立法、协调、激励以及保障三个角度出发,强调完善法律法规以及大学章程的建设,提出政府、大学党委以及大学校长三方面应该相互协调与监督,通过财政、自主权以及学术权力激励各方面积极实施教授治学。文章在现有基础上,结合国外的经验与教训,针对教授治学所存在的问题,系统地提出了教授治学的机制建设。
[Abstract]:In the knowledge economy, the modern university, which takes the creation, dissemination and application of knowledge as the main body, has become the regulator and power source to push the society forward. However, there are still some problems that need to be paid attention to and need to be solved in our modern universities at the present stage, such as the active promotion of academic research by professors. In order to promote the study of professors in our country can be carried out smoothly, relevant scholars have carried out research on the relevant aspects of the study of professors, this paper based on the existing research, From the angle of external administration and internal administration, that is, the government and the universities themselves, this paper analyzes the present situation of the academic research of modern university professors in China, finds out the problems, and analyzes the mode of American professors' academic research through the case study of the University of California in the United States. To provide reference for modern university professors in our country. At the same time, by analyzing the experience and lessons of the United States, the author puts forward to perfect the mechanism construction of academic research by university professors in our country from the aspects of legislation, coordination, incentive and guarantee by using the theory of mechanism design. This paper first analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, clarifies some existing research bases, and then summarizes the relevant factors that affect the academic advancement of professors in our country through the analysis of relevant data. In order to promote the academic research of professors more scientifically, the article analyzes the experiences and lessons of American universities in the field of teaching and learning. Finally, the article analyzes the problems from three aspects: legislation, coordination, encouragement and protection. This paper emphasizes on the improvement of the construction of laws and regulations as well as the articles of association of the university, and points out that the government, the party committee of the university and the president of the university should coordinate and supervise each other, and encourage all aspects to actively carry out the teaching and academic research through finance, autonomy and academic power. Based on the existing experiences and lessons of foreign countries, this paper systematically puts forward the construction of the mechanism of academic research by professors in view of the problems existing in the academic research by professors.
