高校师生关系满意度研究

【摘要】:师生关系是一个既古老又现实的话题,也是一个时讲时新的话题,它一直备受高等教育界学者高度关注。在当今建设和谐社会的大背景下,提升高校师生关系满意度已经成为高教理论工作者和实践工作者共同关注的焦点。然而,市场经济中的功利主义和高等教育中的工具主义的价值取向使得当今高校师生关系缺乏应有的人文色彩,导致高校师生在共守的精神家园中迷失方向。因此,提升高校师生关系满意度,有助于纠正我国高等教育长期以来价值取向上的偏差;通过高校师生关系满意度的评价监测高校师生关系的和谐程度,对高等教育从容应对大众化、市场化和国际化的挑战具有深远意义。 论文按照“现状调研—历史回顾—国际比较—对策建议”的研究思路,采用理论思辨与实证分析相结合的方法,对高校师生关系满意度进行探讨。以江西省、山东省、湖南省6所高校为例,进行师生关系满意度调研。通过调研发现,当前高校师生关系满意度偏低,既有客观原因,也有主观原因:教师主要表现在教学活动中教育思想、观念陈旧,受传统师生观影响严重,教育教学方面专业知识、技能水平以及个人魅力有待提高,师德方面的欠缺;学生方面表现在教育教学中以及师生关系中被动,持有师生观有待更新,学习态度不端正,价值观偏颇,,缺乏尊师意识;高校方面表现在高校管理观念鱼待转变,对于师生间的相互交往以及良好关系的形成缺少必要的制度保障和措施,高校现行考评体系有待完善。通过对实证调查的相关数据统计分析,可以看出我国当前高校师生关系状况总体来讲是疏离的。教师与学生之间交流频率低、情感淡漠、交往目的功利,最终使得高校师生对师生关系满意度普遍偏低。 纵观各个历史时期,我国师生关系的发展过程中既存在师道尊严又存在平等和谐,而且多数时期是两者共存。从古代师生关系来看,受等级制度影响既存在严格的师尊生卑又存在相对自由的、开明的师生文化;封建社会,官学与私学并存,师道尊严是主流,但也存在平等和谐的现象;到了近代社会,受西方近代高等教育思想影响,前期师生关系在师道尊严的基础上出现一定时期的融洽,后期由于传统文化、政治体制影响以及西方列强的干涉,师生关系再次陷入被动;新中国成立以后,中国高等教育开始探索具有木土特色的现代化发展道路,但受苏联模式的影响高校师生关系无论是在价值观念还是行为习惯上,基本上维持着传统师生关系的模式;当代社会,中国进入社会转型期,师生关系中仍随处可见师道尊严的存在以及影响,但民主、和谐越来越成为师生关系的主流。师生关系在各个历史时期表现出的特征与形态,都与所处的社会环境有直接关系,都是当时社会中的政治、经济等方面在教育领域的一定程度的折射。 英国、美国、日本等发达国家提升高校师生关系满意度方面,由于各自的文化差异存在一些措施方面的差异,但也有一些相同的举措,主要包括:合理的生师比、严格教师聘任制度、加强制约监督机制、注重融合性、强调人性等。这些举措值得我国高校借鉴。 基于以上结论,论文认为,提高高校师生关系满意度迫在眉睫。在宏观方面,需要营造良好的尊师重教的社会氛围、完善相关的法律法规、创造良好的育人环境;在中观方面,需要转变高校管理观念、拓宽师生交流渠道、完善高校考评体系、严格教师聘用制度、建立并强化高校师生关系的制约监督机制;在微观方面,教师有必要转变教育思想、树立新型教育观、明确大学教师的职责、提高自身人格魅力、注重大学教师的师德建设,大学生有必要树立正确的师生观、培养大学生正确的学习观以及价值观、强化大学生的尊师意识、充分发挥大学生主动与教师沟通的自觉性。从而,促进高校师生关系良性发展,提高高校师生关系满意度。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is an old and realistic topic, and it is also a new topic. It has been highly concerned by the scholars of higher education. In the background of building a harmonious society, the promotion of the satisfaction of teacher-student relationship in Colleges and universities has become the focus of high education theorists and practitioners. The utilitarianism and the value orientation of instrumentalism in higher education make the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities lack the humanistic color, which leads to the loss of direction in the spiritual home of the University. Therefore, improving the satisfaction of teachers and students in Colleges and universities helps to correct the deviation in the long-term value orientation of higher education in our country. It is of profound significance to the challenges of higher education to cope with the challenges of popularization, marketization and internationalization through the evaluation of the satisfaction of teachers and students in Colleges and universities to monitor the harmonious degree of the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities.
According to the research ideas of "current situation survey - Historical Review - International Comparison - Countermeasures", this paper adopts the method of theoretical speculation and empirical analysis to discuss the satisfaction of teachers and students in Colleges and universities. 6 universities in Jiangxi Province, Shandong province and Hunan province are used as examples to investigate the satisfaction degree of teachers' relations. The satisfaction of teachers and students is low, there are both objective and subjective reasons: teachers are mainly manifested in teaching activities, the idea is old, the traditional concept of teachers and students is seriously affected, the education and teaching aspects of professional knowledge, skill level and personal charm need to be improved, the lack of Teachers and moral aspects; students in the performance of education and teaching. As well as the passivity in the relationship between teachers and students, the view of teachers and students needs to be updated, the attitude of learning is not correct, the values are biased and the teacher's consciousness is lacking; the university management concept fish needs to be changed, and the necessary system guarantee and measures for the interaction between teachers and students and the formation of good relations are lacking. The current evaluation system of colleges and universities needs to be improved. Through the statistical analysis of the relevant data of the empirical investigation, we can see that the current situation of the teacher-student relationship in Colleges and universities is in general alienation. The communication frequency of teachers and students is low, the emotion is indifferent, and the purpose of communication is utilitarian. Finally, the satisfaction of teachers and students to the relationship between teachers and students is generally low.
Throughout the historical period, there exist both teachers' dignity and equality and harmony in the course of the development of the relationship between teachers and students in China, and most of them coexist in most period. From the ancient teacher-student relationship, the influence of the hierarchy system has not only a strict teacher, but also a relative freedom, the enlightened teacher and student culture, the feudal society, the private school and the private school. The teacher's dignity is the mainstream, but there is also the phenomenon of equality and harmony. In modern society, influenced by modern western modern higher education thought, the relationship between teachers and students appeared on the basis of the dignity of the teacher, and in the later period, the relationship between teachers and students was once again passive because of the traditional culture, the influence of the political system and the interference of the Western powers. After the founding of new China, China's higher education began to explore the road of modern development with the characteristics of wood and soil, but the relationship between teachers and students, influenced by the mode of the Soviet Union, is basically the mode of the traditional relationship between teachers and students, in terms of values and behavior habits; in contemporary society, China has entered the social transition period, and the relationship between teachers and students is still everywhere. The existence and influence of teachers' dignity can be seen, but democracy and harmony are becoming the mainstream of the relationship between teachers and students. The characteristics and forms of the relationship between teachers and students in various historical periods are directly related to the social environment, which are reflected in the political and economic aspects of the society at that time.
The developed countries, such as Britain, the United States, Japan, and other developed countries have improved their teacher-student relationship satisfaction. Because of the differences in their respective cultural differences, there are some similar measures, including the rational ratio of students and teachers, the strict teacher appointment system, the strengthening of the supervision mechanism, the emphasis on the integration and the emphasis on human nature. We should draw lessons from universities in our country.
Based on the above conclusions, the thesis believes that it is imminent to improve the satisfaction of teachers and students in Colleges and universities. In the macro aspect, we need to create a good social atmosphere of respecting teachers and teachers, perfect the relevant laws and regulations, and create a good educational environment. In the middle view, we need to change the concept of management in Colleges and universities, broaden the channels of communication between teachers and students, and improve the system of college evaluation. In the micro aspect, it is necessary for teachers to change educational ideas, establish a new concept of education, clarify the responsibilities of college teachers, improve their personal charisma, and pay attention to the construction of teachers' ethics. The correct concept of learning and values, strengthening college students' consciousness of respecting teachers and giving full play to the self-consciousness of students' active communication with teachers, thus promoting the healthy development of the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities, and improving the satisfaction of teachers and students in Colleges and universities.
