我国高校学生干部能力素质评价与培养研究

【摘要】：21世纪的国际竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,大学作为培养人才的高等学府肩负着培养符合时代需求并掌握核心竞争力的人才的重任。大学生是国家人才储备的主力军,学生干部更是大学生群体中的优秀代表,所以学生干部的能力素质水平关乎国家发展的核心竞争力。目前我国对大学生能力素质培养的研究已经取得了一定成果,而对学生干部的能力素质培养还没有较为成熟的研究成果。其实学生干部的独特定位决定了其更加需要能力素质的科学培养。本文正是希望通过一次系统的研究来了解学生干部能力素质发展现状,并且寻求进一步改善我国高校学生干部能力素质现状的改进方案。本研究通过对国内外相关研究成果和先进经验进行借鉴,介绍和应用了麦克里兰的能力素质模型和马斯洛的需求层次理论,然后通过这两种理论的应用和检验进行评述吸取对于本研究的有用部分构建文章的理论架构。通过对驻青三所高校发放调查问卷,分析频率频次结果,构建了我国高校学生干部能力素质模型,并对我国高校学生干部的选拔、培养和评价工作提出了合理化建议。本研究据此提出高校学生干部能力素质模型入手营造有利于培养学生干部能力素质的环境和氛围；推进有利于学生干部能力素质提高的学生工作新思路；探索有利于学生干部能力素质发展的教育改革；有针对性的加强学生干部能力素质培养。
[Abstract]:The international competition in the 21st century is the competition of talents in the final analysis. Universities, as institutions of higher learning, are shouldering the important task of cultivating talents who meet the needs of the times and master the core competitiveness. College students are the main force of the national talent reserve, and the student cadres are the outstanding representatives of the college students, so the ability and quality level of the student cadres is related to the core competitiveness of the national development. At present, some achievements have been made in the research on the cultivation of college students' ability quality, but there is no mature research result on the cultivation of students' cadres' ability quality. In fact, the unique position of student cadres determines that they need more scientific cultivation of ability and quality. This paper hopes to understand the current situation of the development of student cadres' ability and quality through a systematic study, and to seek for further improvement of the present situation of student cadres' ability and quality in our country's colleges and universities. Based on the research results and advanced experiences at home and abroad, this study introduces and applies McLaren's competency model and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. Then, through the application and test of the two theories, the useful part of this study is used to construct the theoretical framework of the paper. By issuing questionnaires to three colleges and universities in Qinghai province and analyzing the results of frequency, this paper constructs a model of the ability and quality of college student cadres in China, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the selection, training and evaluation of student cadres in colleges and universities in China. Based on this, the author puts forward the model of student cadres' ability and quality in colleges and universities, and builds the environment and atmosphere conducive to the cultivation of students' cadres' ability quality, and advances a new idea of student work which is conducive to the improvement of student cadres' ability and quality. To explore the educational reform which is conducive to the development of student cadres' ability and quality, and to strengthen the cultivation of student cadres' ability and quality.
