【摘要】：近几年,随着我国市场经济的发展、高校扩招等多种因素的影响,我国高校毕业生的数量急剧增加。在当前如此严峻的就业形势下,引发的大学生就业心理问题也日益增多。诸如大学生对就业过度的焦虑和恐惧;对就业期望值要求过高;对社会、学校、家庭产生过度依赖心理等等。如果这些大学生的就业心理问题得不到妥善解决,势必会引发许多社会负面影响。本论文正是以问卷调查的形式调查、了解到当代大学生就业心理的现状及其存在的主要问题。针对这些大学生就业心理问题进行分析、研究。本文从社会综合因素的影响、高校教育体制的变革、家庭环境对学生心理的影响、学生自身因素多角度、全方面的对当代大学生产生就业心理问题的原因进行分析、论证。再从政府对大学生就业政策的制定与完善,高校专业结构调整、就业服务体系的完善,特别是学生自身心理素质的提高与加强等多方面针对性地提出解决当代大学生就业心理问题的对策。引导当代大学生树立正确的就业观念,提升心理承受能力,开拓进取、勇于创业,希望以此帮助当代大学生解决就业心理问题、实现其顺利就业。让更多的大学生以良好的心理素质和丰富的科学文化知识投身到我国伟大的社会主义现代化建设之中。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of China's market economy and the influence of many factors, such as enrollment expansion, the number of college graduates in China has increased sharply. In the current severe employment situation, the psychological problems caused by the employment of college students are also increasing day by day. For example, college students' anxiety and fear of being overemployed, over-demanding of employment expectation, over-dependence on society, school, family and so on. If these college students' psychological problems of employment can not be solved properly, it will inevitably lead to a lot of negative social effects. This paper is a questionnaire survey to find out the present situation of college students' employment psychology and its main problems. In view of these university students employment psychology question carries on the analysis, the research. This paper analyzes and demonstrates the causes of employment psychological problems of contemporary college students from the influence of social comprehensive factors, the reform of higher education system, the influence of family environment on students' psychology, and the students' own factors. Then from the government to the university student employment policy formulation and the consummation, the university specialized structure adjustment, the employment service system consummation, In particular, the improvement and strengthening of students' psychological quality and so on put forward countermeasures to solve the employment psychological problems of contemporary college students. The purpose of this paper is to guide contemporary college students to set up a correct concept of employment, to enhance their psychological bearing ability, to make pioneering efforts and to be brave enough to start a business, in the hope of helping them to solve their psychological problems of employment and to realize their smooth employment. Let more college students with good psychological quality and rich scientific and cultural knowledge into China's great socialist modernization.
