思想政治教育视野下的理工科高校校园文化建设

【摘要】：高校是培育优秀人才的摇篮，是培养社会主义事业的合格建设者和接班人的阵地。高校校园文化作为一种亚文化形态，是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分，反映了全体师生的精神风貌，体现了学术理想和追求，是各高校大学精神的外显。高校校园文化是思想政治教育的有效载体和新途径，有利于增强思想政治教育的吸引力和渗透力，，易被广大学生所接受，解决了思想政治教育实效性问题。同时，校园文化在高校思想政治教育过程中具有极高的隐性价值，对大学生起到“润物细无声”的作用。理工科高校师生都有求真务实的态度，重视理性和科学精神，但是忽视了人文素质和人文精神的教育和培养，造成了校园文化建设不足。这些不足制约着学校的可持续发展，不利于学术创新，不利于学生的全面发展，不利于理工科高校竞争力的提高。当前，理工科高校办学特色和自身发展的现状，使得校园文化面临着很多新的机遇和挑战。因此，充分发挥高校校园文化思想政治教育载体的作用，加强校园文化建设具有紧迫性和重要性。论文主要从四个章节来论述思想政治教育视野下的理工科高校校园文化建设。第一章，从理论上对文化以及相关概念进行阐述。第二章，从理工科特色阐述理工科高校校园文化建设。第三章，理论和实践相结合，利用实证研究的方法发放问卷及访谈调查，分析理工科高校校园文化建设的现状，发现问题，找出原因。第四章，对存在的问题，提出建议和措施。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating outstanding talents and the position of qualified constructors and successors of socialist cause. As a subcultural form, campus culture is an important part of the advanced socialist culture, reflecting the spirit of all teachers and students, reflecting academic ideals and pursuit, and the spirit of universities. Campus culture is an effective carrier and a new way of ideological and political education, which is helpful to enhance the attraction and permeability of ideological and political education, and is easily accepted by students, thus solving the problem of the effectiveness of ideological and political education. At the same time, campus culture has a high recessive value in the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The teachers and students of science and engineering colleges have a realistic attitude, attach importance to reason and scientific spirit, but neglect the education and cultivation of humanistic quality and humanistic spirit, resulting in the insufficient construction of campus culture. These deficiencies restrict the sustainable development of the school, are not conducive to academic innovation, to the overall development of students, and to the competitiveness of science and engineering colleges and universities. At present, the characteristics of science and engineering colleges and the status quo of their own development make campus culture face a lot of new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, it is urgent and important to give full play to the carrier of ideological and political education of campus culture and strengthen the construction of campus culture. This paper discusses the campus culture construction of science and engineering universities from four chapters. The first chapter, from the theory of culture and related concepts are expounded. The second chapter expounds the campus culture construction of science and engineering universities from the characteristics of science and engineering. The third chapter, combining theory with practice, makes use of the method of empirical research to issue questionnaires and interviews to analyze the current situation of campus culture construction in science and engineering universities, find out the problems and find out the reasons. The fourth chapter, puts forward the suggestion and the measure to the existence question.
