免费师范生(生物专业)教师专业发展现状及需求的调查与分析

【摘要】:目前,加强教师队伍建设已经成为我国基础教育改革和发展的关键因素。自2007年起,国家投入大量人力及物力资源以推动免费师范教育,力图为基础教育培养优秀教师以及未来的大教育家。 研究以华东师范大学2007-2012级生物专业免费师范生为研究对象,通过文献分析对免费师范生政策及部属师范院校培养方式等资料进行总结梳理;通过访谈、问卷调查获取免费师范生相关信息,通过后期数据的计及个案分析,得出其教师专业素养现状与其主要发展需求的相关结论并针对性地提出建议。 经研究得出如下结论:生物专业免费师范生教师专业素养整体情况良好,在专业情意维度的表现优于专业知识和专业情意,在生命科学史实知识、现代生物前沿知识、生物实验教学能力以及教育科研能力方面仍有较大提升空间。而在教师专业发展需求方面,免费师范生对教学内容、教学形式、教学师资等的需求都偏重于实践性;对于在职的生物专业免费师范生而言,时间限制成为影响其职后专业发展的主要因素。 基于调查结果,提出以下建议:对生物专业师范类课程体系以及教育硕士远程学习课程进行完善,丰富并优化课程学习资源;完善免费师范生的招生录取方式;并可在保证政策初衷的前提下对免费师范生攻读硕士实行弹性管理。
[Abstract]:At present, strengthening the construction of teachers has become a key factor in the reform and development of basic education in China. Since 2007, the country has invested a lot of human and material resources to promote free teacher education, trying to train excellent teachers and future educators for basic education. In this paper, the author takes the free normal students of biology major in East China normal University from 2007 to 2012 as the research object, summarizes the policy of the free normal students and the training methods of the subordinate normal colleges through the literature analysis, and combs through the interview, The questionnaire survey obtained the relevant information of the free normal school students, through the later stage data consideration and the individual case analysis, obtains its teacher professional accomplishment present situation and its main development demand correlation conclusion, and puts forward the suggestion pertinently. The conclusions are as follows: the professional quality of the free normal students of biology major is in good overall condition, the performance of professional emotion dimension is better than that of professional knowledge and professional sentiment, in life science historical knowledge, modern biological frontier knowledge, There is still much room for improvement in the teaching ability of biological experiments and the ability of education and scientific research. In the aspect of teachers' professional development, the demand of free normal students for teaching content, teaching form, teaching teachers and so on is more practical. Time constraints have become a major factor affecting his post-employment professional development. Based on the results of the investigation, the following suggestions are put forward: to perfect the curriculum system and the distance learning course of education master, to enrich and optimize the learning resources of the course, to perfect the admission method of the free normal students; And can guarantee the premise of the policy under the premise of free normal students to pursue a master's flexible management.
