基于人才培养战略的民办高校教师绩效管理研究

【摘要】:我国民办高等教育经过近三十年发展,对我国高等教育事业的发展起到了重要推动作用,但也面临着高等教育国际化、国内公立高校扩招、民营资本加快介入等挑战,市场竞争日趋激烈。在民办高等教育从“卖方市场”转向“买方市场”的背景下,结合科研资源薄弱的现实,培养适应市场需求的人才,实施应用型人才培养战略,已经成民办高校生存和发展的必然选择。人才培养的关键在教师,要实现应用型人才培养战略,,必须要以教师绩效管理为抓手。尽管目前我国民办高等院校大多已推行了教师绩效管理,但普遍存在偏离定位、方法落后、指标设置不科学、考核周期不合理等问题,进而影响了应用型人才培养战略的实现。本文试图借鉴国外先进应用型高校绩效管理经验,结合民办高校教师群体特点,从转变观念、明确原则、确定重点、完善流程等方面,构建科学合理的民办高校教师绩效管理体系。
[Abstract]:After nearly 30 years of development, private higher education in our country has played an important role in promoting the development of higher education, but it is also facing the challenges of internationalization of higher education, expansion of enrollment in domestic public colleges and universities, acceleration of private capital involvement and so on. The market is becoming increasingly competitive. Under the background that private higher education changes from "seller's market" to "buyer's market", combining with the reality of weak scientific research resources, it trains qualified personnel to meet the needs of the market, and implements the strategy of cultivating applied talents. It has become an inevitable choice for the survival and development of private colleges and universities. The key of talent training lies in teachers. In order to realize the strategy of cultivating applied talents, teachers' performance management must be taken as the starting point. Although teachers' performance management has been carried out in most private colleges and universities in our country at present, there are some problems such as deviation from position, backward method, unscientific index setting, unreasonable examination period, and so on, which affect the realization of the strategy of cultivating applied talents. This paper attempts to learn from the performance management experience of foreign advanced applied colleges and universities, combined with the characteristics of teachers in private colleges and universities, from the aspects of changing ideas, clarifying principles, determining key points, perfecting the process, and so on. To construct a scientific and reasonable performance management system for teachers in private colleges and universities.
