大学生合作意识教育研究

【摘要】：21世纪是一个竞争日趋激烈的世纪，同时也是一个更需要合作与交流的世纪。随着全球化进程的不断深入，国家之间、地区之间、人与人之间的联系更加紧密。当代大学生的平均年龄一般是18—22岁左右，世界观、人生观、价值观尚未成熟，处在成型的重要阶段。随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展，大学生面对激烈的社会竞争和就业压力，他们的进取心、独立意识、竞争意识较强，强调追求个性，与人合作意识淡漠。大学生毕业后将会走向社会中各个岗位，对他们合作意识的培养已经引起了人们的关注。我国大学生的合作意识的现状如何，怎样加强对大学生合作意识的教育，这些正是本文所要研究的主要内容。本文采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、归纳分析等方法。从加强培养大学生合作意识的必然性入手，在揭示大学生合作意识现状的基础上，分析大学生合作意识方面存在的问题及原因，，进而提出有效开展大学生合作意识教育的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is a century of increasingly fierce competition, but also a century of cooperation and exchange. With the deepening of globalization, the relationship between countries, regions and people is closer. The average age of contemporary college students is about 18-22 years old. The world outlook, outlook on life and values are not mature, and they are in the important stage of forming. With the rapid development of socialist market economy, college students face the fierce social competition and employment pressure, their enterprising, independent consciousness, strong sense of competition, emphasizing the pursuit of personality, and indifferent to the consciousness of cooperation with others. After graduation, college students will go to various positions in society, and the cultivation of their cooperation consciousness has attracted people's attention. What is the present situation of the cooperative consciousness of college students in our country and how to strengthen the education of the cooperative consciousness of college students? these are the main contents of this paper. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire and inductive analysis. On the basis of revealing the present situation of college students' cooperative consciousness, this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of college students' cooperative consciousness, starting with the necessity of strengthening the cultivation of college students' cooperative consciousness. And then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to effectively carry out the cooperative consciousness education of college students.
