心理健康教育在高校思想政治教育中的应用研究

【摘要】：随着高等教育不断地深入改革，我国市场经济的深入发展，各种文化竞相发展，极大地促进了社会价值取向的多元化。“培养什么样的人”是新时期教育工作者必须加以思考的重要课题，是社会主义教育事业快速、健康发展最为根本的问题，高校在此背景下，要加强研究大学生思想政治教育规律，提高思想政治教育的针对性、有效性、时代性。经济转型，社会生活各个方面发生了巨大的变化，象牙塔里的大学生心理也受到了冲击和影响，心理问题及心理障碍日益凸显。诸如大学生的社会适应问题及学习倦怠、角色失调、人际交往中的障碍、人格中的不完善等等。因此，高校要创新和提高思想政治教育的有效性，就必须重视和加强心理健康教育。本文由三部分构成：第一部分，心理健康教育的含义、内容，心理健康教育在高校思想政治教育中应用的问题，第二部分，心理健康教育与思想政治教育的关系分析，，然后论述了心理健康教育应用于思想政治教育中的意义。第三部分，心理健康教育在高校思想政治教育中应用的策略分析。以提高思想政治教育的有效性，为社会主义和谐社会建设提供全面发展的复合型人才尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening reform of higher education and the further development of market economy in our country, all kinds of cultures are competing to develop, which has greatly promoted the diversification of social value orientation. "what kind of person to cultivate" is an important subject that educators must think about in the new period. It is the most fundamental problem of the rapid and healthy development of socialist education. It is necessary to strengthen the study of the law of ideological and political education of college students and improve the pertinence, effectiveness and epochal nature of ideological and political education. In the economic transformation, great changes have taken place in all aspects of social life, and the psychology of college students in the ivory tower has also been impacted and affected, and psychological problems and obstacles have become increasingly prominent. Such as the social adaptation of college students and learning burnout, role disorders, interpersonal barriers, personality imperfections and so on. Therefore, in order to innovate and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, colleges and universities must attach importance to and strengthen mental health education. This paper consists of three parts: the first part, the meaning and content of mental health education, The second part analyzes the relationship between mental health education and ideological and political education, and then discusses the significance of mental health education in ideological and political education. The third part is the strategy analysis of the application of mental health education in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and provide a comprehensive development of the socialist harmonious society, the complex talents do their utmost.
