美国教学文硕士培养模式研究

【摘要】:教师职业是学术性和师范性双重要求都较高的职业,在教师的培养中把这种双重要求有机地结合起来同步提升以避免失衡偏废,是教师培养质量乃至使用质量的根本保证。自上世纪50年代美国著名教育家科南特在哈佛大学提出并扎实探索师范教育改革以来,体现和强调学术性和师范性有机结合的教师文理硕士培养模式就成为美国致力于提升和保障教师质量的基本模式。历经半个多世纪的探索、实践与不断改进,这种教师培养模式把学术性与师范性日益有机地结合起来,既注重未来教师的专门学术修养和水平的强化与提升,又关注他们的专业教育教学能力和素养的改善和提高,在现代教师的高质量培养和使用上积淀了许多成功经验,探索出一个极具启示和借鉴意义的途径和模式。 本文致力于对美国教学文硕士培养模式的基本理念、发展轨迹、结构内容、现实实践和成败得失进行系统的考察分析,针对中国教师教育模式的现状和问题,探索概括出可资启示借鉴的经验结论。本文共分六个部分。第一部分简要地明确和界定了有关教学文硕士培养模式的概念和理论。第二部分探讨了美国教学文硕士培养模式产生发展的简要历程和背景成因。第三、四部分是本文的主体内容,在从培养目标,课程设置和培养方式等方面较为详细地介绍了美国教学文硕士培养模式的基本内容和现实实践的基础上,,对教学文硕士培养模式的实施成效及存在的问题进行了较为深入的分析。第五部分力图通过对南伊利诺伊州大学卡本代尔分校教学文硕士培养模式的个案呈现与分析,对美国的教学文硕士培养模式提供一个现实的典型形态样本。最后一部分针对我国教师教育的实际问题,比较性地结合美国教学文硕士培养模式的合理成分与成功经验,提出我国教师培养模式可资启示和借鉴的参考意见。
[Abstract]:The profession of teacher is a profession with higher requirements of both academic and normal nature. It is the fundamental guarantee for the quality of teacher training and even the quality of use to combine this dual requirement organically and synchronously in order to avoid the imbalance and scrap in the training of teachers. Since Conant, a famous American educator in the 1950s, put forward and explored the reform of normal education at Harvard University, The mode of teachers' master of arts and science, which embodies and emphasizes the combination of academic and normal nature, has become the basic mode of improving and guaranteeing the quality of teachers in the United States. After more than half a century of exploration, practice and continuous improvement, this kind of teacher training mode combines academic and normal nature more and more organically, and pays attention to the strengthening and upgrading of the teachers' specialized academic accomplishment and level in the future. It also pays attention to the improvement and improvement of their professional teaching ability and accomplishment, and has accumulated a lot of successful experiences in the high quality cultivation and use of modern teachers, and has explored a very enlightening and referential way and model. This paper is devoted to the systematic investigation and analysis of the basic idea, development path, structure content, reality practice and success or failure of the American teaching culture master training model, aiming at the present situation and problems of the Chinese teacher education model. To explore and summarize the experience and conclusions that can be used for inspiration. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part briefly defines and defines the concept and theory of the training mode of Master of Arts in Teaching. The second part probes into the brief course and the background of the development of the American Master of Teaching Arts. The third and fourth part is the main content of this paper. It introduces in detail the basic content and practical practice of the American teaching culture master's training mode from the aspects of training goal, course setting and training method. This paper makes a deep analysis on the implementation effect and existing problems of the training mode of Master of Teaching Literacy. The fifth part tries to provide a typical form sample of American teaching literature master training model through the case presentation and analysis of the teaching culture master training model of the University of Southern Illinois at Cabendale. In the last part, aiming at the practical problems of teacher education in our country, the author compares the reasonable elements and successful experiences of the mode of training master of teaching literature in America, and puts forward some suggestions which can be used for inspiration and reference in the mode of teacher training in our country.
