高校深度辅导工作初探

【摘要】:深度辅导不仅是一个实践问题,而且也是一个理论问题。自2009年,在北京市教工委倡导下,北京高校纷纷开始了对深度辅导的实践探索与理论研究,至今这种趋势已蔓延到全国各个高校。目前不少高校在深度辅导工作上取得了许多成果与宝贵经验,但是,从总体上说,目前的深度辅导工作,从理论研究到实践创新上都尚需完善。推进和深化高校的深度辅导理论与实践研究正是本文的目的所在。 深度辅导在理论界还是一个很新的课题,从问题提出到发展至今只经历了短短三年的时间,因此,对深度辅导工作相关问题的研究是非常必要的。本文首先对高校深度辅导的问题提出、背景、必要性及意义进行了论述,为更好的理解深度辅导打下基础。其次,对高校深度辅导的基本内涵进行了梳理,明确界定了深度辅导的内涵及相关概念并对辅导者与被辅导者的分类与特征进行了阐述,为本文之后的研究树立了正确而清晰的概念认识。再次,本文从美国高校学生辅导与管理相关理论的发展与启示、我国高校深度辅导的相关理论层面对深度辅导进行了理论溯源,为本文深度辅导研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。同时,为了了解深度辅导的理论实践发展状况,本文在第四部分对高校深度辅导的研究现状与工作现状进行了分析与总结。最后,在结合国内外高校深度辅导的理论与实践模式研究的基础上,对深度辅导发展过程中出现的问题进行了思考与分析,并提出了若干建议。 本文所进行的高校深度辅导研究是建立在各高校深度辅导理论与实践研究的基础之上,并依据针对高校学生问卷调查所得出的实证数据而开展的,因此所提出的理论观点和问题分析结果对各高校深度辅导研究的不断深化具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Deep counseling is not only a practical problem, but also a theoretical problem. Since 2009, under the initiative of Beijing Municipal Education and work Committee, Beijing colleges and universities have begun to explore the practice and theory of in-depth guidance, and this trend has spread to all colleges and universities in China. At present, many colleges and universities have made a lot of achievements and valuable experience in the in-depth guidance work, but, generally speaking, the current in-depth guidance work, from theoretical research to practical innovation, still needs to be improved. The purpose of this paper is to promote and deepen the research on the theory and practice of deep tutoring in colleges and universities. Deep counseling is still a new topic in the theoretical circle. It has been only three years since the problem was raised and developed. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the related problems of the deep guidance work. At first, this paper discusses the problems, background, necessity and significance of the deep guidance in colleges and universities, so as to lay a foundation for a better understanding of the deep guidance. Secondly, it combs the basic connotation of the deep tutoring in colleges and universities, defines the intension and related concepts of the deep tutoring, and expounds the classification and characteristics of the tutors and the tutors. This paper sets up a correct and clear concept for the later study. Thirdly, from the development and enlightenment of the related theories of college student guidance and management in the United States, this paper traces the theoretical origin of the related theories of the deep guidance in our country, and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the research of the deep guidance in this paper. At the same time, in order to understand the development of the theory and practice of the deep guidance, the fourth part of this paper analyzes and summarizes the research and work status of the deep guidance in colleges and universities. Finally, on the basis of the research on the theory and practice model of the deep guidance in colleges and universities at home and abroad, the problems in the development of the deep guidance are considered and analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward. The research of deep guidance in colleges and universities is based on the theoretical and practical research, and based on the empirical data obtained from the questionnaire survey of college students. Therefore, the theoretical viewpoints and the results of the problem analysis have certain reference value for the deepening of the deep guidance research in colleges and universities.
