【摘要】：文化即一种人化的过程,是历史的载体,是社会存在的反映,直接体现社会的发展状况和发展面貌,有塑造人,培育人的功能,形成民族性格塑造民族精神,中华民族在长期的历史发展中积淀了以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神。青年是民族希望和未来,青年强则国强,是梁启超先生的呼唤,青年的核心是大学生,作为广大的青年学生应要为社会的发展创造青春之家园,青春之国家。大学生人文精神的塑造需要用马克思主义科学的世界观和科学的方法论来引领,需要用社会主义核心价值体系来培养,需要植根于中华民族的优秀的传统道德文化来熏陶,更需要从学生身边的校园文化陶冶开始。校园文化直接关系着大学生正确人生观、价值观和世界观的形成,直接关系大学生马克思主义理想信念的确立,直接关系着文化建设的健康发展,体现着我国软实力的建设和中国特色社会主义文化自信的践行。本文探讨的是独立学院校园文化建设,立足于独立学院校园文化建设发展的现状,调查研究独立学院校园文化建设当前所存在的问题,提出加强独立学院校园文化建设的有效途径。文章初步依据独立学院的办学理念和人才培养目标,提出企业文化与校园文化对接带给独立学院校园文化建设的影响及作用。全文分为四个部分,第一部分主要是有关独立学院校园文化建设的研究背景、国内外研究现状、意义、方法及内容。第二部分概述了独立学院校园文化建设的相关理论,阐释了独立学院、校园文化及独立学院的校园文化的内涵;并且对独立学院校园文化建设的特殊性进行了阐述,正是因为独立学院校园环境的特殊性、文化职能的特殊性、主客体的特殊性及建设方向的特殊性,使得独立学院校园文化建设不同于一般高校的校园文化建设;同时阐述了校园文化的重要组成部分,包括物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和网络文化。第三部分介绍了独立学院校园文化建设的现状,选取了荆州两所独立院校进行校园文化建设的案例分析,在调研研究的基础上对比分析了两所独立学院校园文化建设中存在的问题,这为独立学院校园文化建设提供了方向。第四部分就独立学院校园文化建设做了一些思考,希望通过更新独立学院校园文化建设理念、明确独立学院校园文化建设的方向、把握独立学院校园文化建设的特殊性,达成独立学院校园文化建设的共识,建构独立学院校园文化建设的格局,培育、践行独立学院校园价值观,形成独立学院校园标识文化,实现校企文化交流等。
[Abstract]:Culture is a process of humanization, a carrier of history, a reflection of social existence, a direct reflection of the development and outlook of society, a function of shaping people, cultivating people, forming national character and shaping national spirit. In the long-term historical development, the Chinese nation has accumulated the national spirit with patriotism as the core and the times spirit with reform and innovation as the core. Youth is the hope and future of the nation, the youth is strong, is the call of Mr. Liang Qichao, the core of youth is college students, as the vast number of young students should create a youth home for the development of society, the youth of the country. The shaping of college students' humanistic spirit needs to be guided by Marxist scientific world outlook and scientific methodology, to be cultivated by socialist core value system, and to be nurtured by the excellent traditional moral culture rooted in the Chinese nation. We need to start with the campus culture around the students. Campus culture is directly related to the formation of college students' correct outlook on life, values and world outlook, the establishment of Marxist ideals and beliefs of college students, and the healthy development of cultural construction. It embodies the construction of soft power and the practice of socialist cultural confidence with Chinese characteristics. This paper discusses the construction of independent college campus culture, based on the current situation of the development of independent college campus culture construction, investigating and studying the current problems in the independent college campus culture construction. The effective way to strengthen the campus culture construction of independent college is put forward. Based on the idea of running an independent college and the goal of cultivating talents, the paper puts forward the influence and function of the connection between enterprise culture and campus culture to the construction of campus culture of independent college. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is mainly about the research background, research status, significance, methods and contents of the campus culture construction of independent colleges. The second part summarizes the related theories of campus culture construction of independent college, explains the connotation of independent college, campus culture and campus culture of independent college, and expounds the particularity of campus culture construction of independent college. It is because of the particularity of the campus environment of the independent college, the particularity of the cultural function, the particularity of the subject and object and the particularity of the construction direction, make the construction of the campus culture of the independent college different from the campus culture construction of the general university; At the same time, it expounds the important components of campus culture, including material culture, spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavior culture and network culture. The third part introduces the present situation of campus culture construction of independent college, and selects two independent colleges to carry on the case analysis of campus culture construction in Jingzhou. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper compares and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of campus culture in two independent colleges, which provides a direction for the construction of campus culture in independent colleges. The fourth part of the independent college campus culture construction to do some thinking, hoping to update the concept of independent college campus culture construction, make clear the direction of independent college campus culture construction, grasp the particularity of independent college campus culture construction. To reach a consensus on the construction of independent college campus culture, to construct the pattern of independent college campus culture construction, to cultivate and practice the independent college campus values, to form the independent college campus logo culture, and to realize the cultural exchange between schools and enterprises.
