当代大学生道德人格培养中的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育一直致力于培养大学生良好的道德品质的培养和塑造大学生优质的道德人格。大学生是社会主义现代化事业的接班人和生力军,其道德素质的提高、道德人格的完善,对于和谐社会的建设、中华民族的伟大复兴、提高我国的国际竞争力具有重大的战略意义。然而在当今中国,影响大学生道德人格构建的因素日趋增多。各种社会思潮和价值观的冲击、社会利益结构的改变等等,都使部分大学生在急剧的社会转型中迷失了方向,出现了道德人格的扭曲,拜金主义、享乐主义、诚信缺失的现象屡见不鲜。如何培养当代大学生健康的道德人格成为思想政治教育不可回避,且至关重要的问题。 本文分为以下五个部分: 第一部分:概念分析。这部分着重对人格的含义、道德人格的含义、特征和结构等进行分析。道德人格的主要特征有三个:意志自由性、知行同一性、要素完整性。道德人格的结构由道德心理和道德行为构成,其中道德心理包括四个部分内容。 第二部分:当代大学生道德人格发展的现状及其成因。首先概括分析了我国当代大学生道德人格发展的总态势。然后,从道德认知、道德情感、道德意志和道德行为等方面分析了当代大学生道德人格发展中存在的主要问题。最后,从市场经济发展、多元文化的负面影响、现实道德教育的欠缺和当代大学生的特质等因素分析了当代大学生道德人格发展中的问题的成因。 第三部分:当代大学生道德人格培养目标、内容、原则。其中,目标包括:完善道德心理、提高道德需求和选择能力、养成良好的道德行为,内容包括培养忠信的操守、仁爱的情怀、勇毅的气概、慎独的理念、自强的精神。 第四部分:当代大学生道德人格培养的具体途径。从八个方面归纳了当代大学生道德人格塑造的主要途径:完善道德制度建设发挥其在大学生道德人格培养中的根基作用、发挥思想政治理论课在大学生道德人格教育中的旗帜作用、促使传统文化的精神熏陶与理想信念教育的有效结合、以提升教职工人格素养促进当代大学生道德人格养成、重视校园文化在大学生理想道德人格塑造中的载体作用、优化大学生道德人格培养的社会和家庭环境、引导大学生提高开展自我修养,提高道德自律、在人格教育过程中与中小学德育有效衔接。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education has been committed to cultivating the good moral quality of college students and shaping the quality of moral personality of college students. College students are the successors and fresh troops of socialist modernization. The improvement of their moral quality, the perfection of their moral personality, the construction of a harmonious society, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, It is of great strategic significance to improve China's international competitiveness. However, in today's China, the factors affecting the construction of moral personality of college students are increasing day by day. The impact of various social trends of thought and values, the change of social interest structure and so on, make some college students lose their way in the sharp social transformation, appear the distortion of moral personality, money worship, hedonism, etc. The lack of integrity is common. How to cultivate healthy moral personality of contemporary college students has become an unavoidable and crucial issue in ideological and political education. This paper is divided into the following five parts: the first part: conceptual analysis. This part focuses on the meaning of personality, the meaning, characteristics and structure of moral personality. There are three main characteristics of moral personality: free will, identity of knowledge and action, and integrality of elements. The structure of moral personality consists of moral psychology and moral behavior. The second part: the present situation and causes of moral personality development of contemporary college students. First of all, the general situation of moral personality development of contemporary college students in China is summarized and analyzed. Then, the main problems in the development of moral personality of college students are analyzed from the aspects of moral cognition, moral emotion, moral will and moral behavior. Finally, from the development of market economy, the negative influence of multiculturalism, the lack of realistic moral education and the characteristics of contemporary college students, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the development of moral personality of contemporary college students. The third part: the goal, content and principle of moral personality cultivation of contemporary college students. Among them, the goals include: to improve moral psychology, improve moral needs and ability to choose, develop good moral behavior, including the cultivation of loyalty and integrity, benevolent feelings, brave spirit, the idea of independence, the spirit of self-improvement. The fourth part: the specific ways to cultivate the moral personality of contemporary college students. This paper sums up the main ways of shaping the moral personality of contemporary college students from eight aspects: perfecting the construction of moral system and giving play to its fundamental role in the cultivation of college students' moral personality. Giving full play to the banner of ideological and political theory course in the moral personality education of college students, promoting the effective combination of the spiritual edification of traditional culture and the education of ideal and belief, in order to promote the cultivation of moral personality of contemporary college students by improving the personality literacy of teaching staff. Attach importance to the carrier function of campus culture in the shaping of college students' ideal moral personality, optimize the social and family environment for the cultivation of college students' moral personality, guide them to improve their self-cultivation and improve their moral self-discipline. In the process of personality education and moral education in primary and secondary schools to effectively link up.
