论大学生社团活动育人功能的实现

【摘要】：大学担负着为国家培育高级人才的重要使命。随着我国高等教育事业的不断发展,高校人才培育工作日渐重视。如何加强高校人才培育工作,探索新的教育途径是教育工作者必须关注的问题。积极的大学生社团活动有着重要的育人功能。社团作为高校中最有影响力的学生组织,其多样的社团活动为大学生丰富课余生活,锻炼各种能力,促进全面发展。丰富多彩的社团活动是校园文化建设的主渠道,在大学生学习、生活中扮演着重要角色,拓宽了大学生教育领域。当前各高校学生社团发展欣欣向荣,已是引领校园文化的主要力量,为新形势下优化高校的人才培育工作开辟了新空间。因此,深入分析大学生社团活动的育人功能,并有针对性地提出实现途径,对进一步加强和改进高校人才培育工作具有重要的现实意义。本文在分析社团活动与高校育人的关系的基础上,探讨其对高校育人的作用,并对国内部分高校学生社团活动育人功能现状调查结果进行分析,进而从学校、社团两个层面指出制约社团活动育人功能发挥的因素,最后在调研结果的基础上,分别从环境育人、道德育人和实践育人三个方面提出大学生社团活动育人功能的具体实现途径。本文探讨大学生社团活动育人功能的实现对大学生成长成才所具有的重要价值,这是本研究的重点。
[Abstract]:Universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating senior talents for the country. With the continuous development of higher education in our country, the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities is paid more and more attention. How to strengthen the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and explore new ways of education are the problems that educators must pay attention to. The active university student association activity has the important education function. As the most influential student organization in colleges and universities, the community activities enrich the extracurricular life of college students, exercise all kinds of abilities, and promote all-round development. Rich and colorful community activities are the main channel of campus culture construction. They play an important role in the study and life of college students and broaden the field of college students' education. At present, the flourishing development of student associations in colleges and universities has been the main force leading campus culture, which has opened up a new space for optimizing the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities under the new situation. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to further strengthen and improve the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities by deeply analyzing the educational function of college students' association activities and putting forward some ways to realize it. Based on the analysis of the relationship between community activities and college education, this paper probes into its role in educating people in colleges and universities, and analyzes the results of investigation on the educational functions of some college student associations in China, and then analyzes the current situation of the educational functions of students' activities in colleges and universities. The two levels of the association point out the factors that restrict the function of educating people in the community activities. Finally, on the basis of the results of the investigation, the author separately educates people from the environment. This paper puts forward the concrete ways to realize the educational function of college students'community activities from the aspects of moral education and practical education. This paper probes into the important value of the educational function of college students' association activities to the growth of college students, which is the focus of this study.
