基于高校突发事件管理的思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：我国关于高校突发事件管理的研究已日渐成熟，但是将思想政治教育与高校突发事件管理结合起来研究的成果并不是很多。本文通过介绍高校突发事件的分类、特点、阶段、现状以及思想政治教育的相关内涵，在此基础上探讨了高校突发事件管理中思想政治教育的重要性以及思想政治教育在突发事件各个阶段所发挥的事前预警、事中导向和事后修复功能。然后，运用资料搜集、访谈等方法，对河南理工大学的突发事件管理工作和思想政治教育概况进行了梳理和分析，总结出我国高校突发事件管理中思想政治教育的薄弱环节。最后，提出了高校突发事件管理中思想政治教育应坚持的五项原则，，以及加强突发事件管理中思想政治教育的途径：丰富高校突发事件管理中思想政治教育的内容：建立健全高效突发事件管理中思想政治教育机制。
[Abstract]:The research on emergency management in colleges and universities in China has matured day by day, but the research results of combining ideological and political education with emergency management in colleges and universities are not many. This paper introduces the classification, characteristics, stages, current situation and related connotation of ideological and political education. On this basis, this paper discusses the importance of ideological and political education in the management of unexpected events in colleges and universities, and the functions of ideological and political education in the early warning, guidance and repair of emergencies in each stage. Then, by using the methods of data collection and interview, this paper combs and analyzes the general situation of emergency management and ideological and political education in Henan University of Science and Technology, and summarizes the weak links of ideological and political education in the emergency management of colleges and universities in China. Finally, the paper puts forward five principles that should be adhered to in the ideological and political education in the emergency management of colleges and universities. The ways to strengthen the ideological and political education in the emergency management are to enrich the contents of the ideological and political education in the emergency management of colleges and universities, and to establish and improve the ideological and political education mechanism in the management of the emergencies with high efficiency.
