我国高校法治教育环境研究

【摘要】：中国特色社会主义法律体系坚持邓小平理论、三个代表重要思想，贯彻科学发展观，运用马克思主义具体观点和方法，这是我们研究一切法治思想的重要依据，对于高校法治教育有着重大的指导意义。高校法治教育对于高校学生树立社会主义法治理念有着直接的指导作用，但是具体的教育成果如何，即高校学生坚定社会主义法治理念的思想深度如何，很大程度上取决于其所处的环境，因而对高校法治教育环境的研究应运而生。科学发展观对于我国高校法治教育环境研究也有重要的指导意义。科学发展观第一要义是发展，从宏观的角度来看，高校法治教育需要突破自身束缚，从发展的角度来看，高校法治教育需要全面、协调、可持续发展。因此，高校法治教育环境研究是对高校法治教育的深入发展，是马克思中国化进程的重要组成部分，对高校法治教育起着重要作用，具有相当的必要性与现实意义，十分有研究价值。科学发展观的根本方法是统筹兼顾，分析高校学生的综合成长环境，全面地看待影响高校学生提高其法治素养的综合环境因素，可以找出高校法治教育环境中存在问题的解决方法以及建设良好的高校法治教育环境的实现途径。本文共有七章。首先，关于高校法治教育环境这个课题的提出。该章节阐述了关于高校法治教育环境研究的背景，研究目的意义和可能的创新点。其次，高校法治教育环境的构成要素。高校法治教育环境的构成要素包括高校法治教育校外环境和高校法治教育校内环境，并且根据马克思主义对立统一规律对各个要素之间的关系进行分析。高校法治教育校外环境包括社会环境、家庭环境和政府教育主管部门环境。高校法治教育校内环境包括高校法治物质环境、高校法治制度环境、高校法治文化环境、高校法治人员环境和高校法治网络环境。其中，高校法治人员环境包括行政管理人员、后勤服务人员和教学科研人员等对高校法治教育环境的影响。第三，高校法治教育环境内涵概述。本章分为三个部分，主要包括高校法治教育环境内涵，高校法治教育环构成主体和高校法治教育环境内涵特征。高校法治教育内涵以法治教育内涵和法治教育环境内涵为基础，进行分析综合，得出高校法治教育环境内涵。高校法治教育环境内涵特征为整体发展的动态性、运动形式的针对性、整体发展宏观性和人的发展的全面性。高校法治教育环境构成主体为高校法治教育校外环境主体和高校法治教育校内环境主体。第四，高校法治教育环境实地调查研究。通过在安徽省8所高校的200份问卷调查发现出一些存在的问题，并对这些存在的问题进行原因分析。第五，构建我国高校法治教育环境建立具体措施，包括在全社会加强公民法治意识，完善法律细节，改善社会风气，加强社会法治安全；家长要重视法治教育，改变教育方式，建立和谐的家庭氛围，与高校建立互动机制；高校要扩展法治教育信息来源，重视教育公平，建立高校内部法治教育机制，对法治教育重新定位；政府教育部门要在网站上宣传法治思想，在中小学开展法治教育，建立灵活的工作运行机制，提高工作人员的法治素养，建立激励和惩处机制，优化高校法治教育环境这一系列现实途径。最后，，得出结论。构建良好的高校法治教育环境需要全体公民的关注与参与。良好的高校法治教育环境与社会环境，家庭环境，政府教育主管部门环境和高校环境密不可分。只有这四个环境都进行改善，并相互配合，高校法治教育环境才能发挥最大作用，实现和谐发展。
[Abstract]:The socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics adheres to Deng Xiaoping Theory , the important thought of " Three Represents " , implements the scientific development view , and applies the concrete ideas and methods of Marxism . It is an important part of our research on the rule of law education in colleges and universities .

There are seven chapters in this paper . First , on the subject of the environment of rule of law education in colleges and universities , this chapter expounds the background of the research on the environment of the rule of law education in colleges and universities , and studies the purpose and possible innovation points .

Secondly , the constituent elements of the rule of law education environment in colleges and universities . The constituent elements of the rule of law education environment in colleges and universities include the campus environment of the rule of law education in colleges and universities , the campus environment of the rule of law education in colleges and universities , and the environment of the rule of law education in colleges and universities including the environment of the rule of law in colleges and universities , the environment of the rule of law system in colleges and universities , the environment of the rule of law in colleges and universities , the environment of the rule of law in colleges and universities and the network environment of the rule of law in colleges and universities .

This chapter is divided into three parts : the connotation of the rule of law education environment in colleges and universities , the educational ring of the rule of law in colleges and universities and the connotation of the legal education environment in colleges and universities . The connotation of the legal education environment in colleges and universities is based on the connotation of the rule of law education and the connotation of the law education environment .

Fourthly , the research on the environment of rule of law education in colleges and universities . Through 200 questionnaires in 8 colleges and universities in Anhui Province , some problems exist , and the causes of these problems are analyzed .

Fifthly , we should set up concrete measures to establish the rule of law education environment in our country , including strengthening the consciousness of citizen ' s rule of law in the whole society , improving the details of the law , improving the social atmosphere and strengthening the security of the rule of law in the society ;
Parents should attach importance to the education of the rule of law , change the mode of education , establish a harmonious family atmosphere , and establish an interactive mechanism with colleges and universities ;
The university should expand the information source of the rule of law education , pay attention to the fairness of education , establish the internal rule of law education mechanism in colleges and universities , and reposition the rule of law education ;
The government education department should promote the idea of the rule of law on the website , carry out the rule of law education in primary and middle schools , establish flexible working mechanism , improve the rule of law accomplishment of the staff , establish incentive and punishment mechanism , and optimize the educational environment of the rule of law in colleges and universities .

Finally , the conclusion is drawn that the construction of a good educational environment for the rule of law in colleges and universities requires the attention and participation of all citizens . Good university rule of law education environment is inseparable from the social environment , the family environment , the environment of the government education department and the environment of the university . Only these four environments are improved , and the university rule of law education environment can play the greatest role in achieving harmonious development .
