高校科研团队知识共享影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济时代的到来,各个组织面临越来越多的挑战。第一,随着高新科技的迅猛发展,知识等无形资产在科技发展和经济增长中的主导地位逐渐凸显,同时也带来了对知识管理在组织管理中的必要性和紧迫性;第二,信息技术的革新使知识的储存,传播,分享更加的方便和快捷,同时由于面临庞大的信息量,也需要对知识加强管理;第三,随着全球化进程的加剧,各组织之间的竞争日益激烈,很多组织已经明白仅仅依靠土地,资本,劳动力等有形资本无法在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,只有不断的学习新的知识、技术、理念,建立学习型组织,灵活有效的运用知识,不断提高创新能力,才能提升自身核心竞争力。 高校作为社会组织的一部分,同样面临上述挑战,科研创新能力已经成为一项衡量高校核心竞争力的重要指标,高校科研团队作为高校科研创新的中坚力量,其作用不言而喻。高校科研团队作为知识密集型团队,知识共享在很大程度上影响着它的工作绩效。但在实际当中,知识共享顺利进行会受到诸多方面因素的影响,只有掌握这些影响因素,并且在了解这些因素对知识共享影响的程度的基础上,对团队内部的知识管理制度、理念加以完善,才能有效的提升高校科研团队的知识创新力。 目前,国内关于高校科研团队知识共享影响因素方面的研究还不多,本文通过对以往文献的研究,从团队内部个体与个体关系的角度出发,建立了高校科研团队内部知识共享过程动态模型,提出了个人报酬预期、利他主义、团队成员信任度、知识的表达与吸收能力、知识的可表达性、团队氛围、团队交流平台对知识共享的影响假设,在此基础上应用问卷调查的方法对各个因素的影响程度进行了分析说明。本文主要研究影响高校科研团队知识共享的具体因素和各个因素对其作用程度。本文主要采用SPSS16.0专业统计分析软件对有效问卷进行信度和效度检验、因子分析和回归分析等。实证分析结果显示:在7个维度中对高校科研团队知识共享的影响程度由高到低分别是:团队氛围、个人报酬预期、知识的表达和吸收能力、团队成员间信任度、利他主义、团队交流平台、知识的可表达性。最后就团队文化氛围的完善、激励机制的建立、学习型团队的构建三个方面提出了提高高校科研团队知识共享效能的策略。 本文一共分为6章,第一章主要对知识共享的背景和意义进行了简单的介绍;第二章对国内外的知识管理以及知识共享的相关文献进行了研究和分析;第三章对论述了知识共享5种模式以及构建了高校科研团队内部知识共享动态模型;第四章阐述了高校科研团队的特点,建立了高校科研团队知识共享的影响因素假设并设计了量表;第五章对有高校科研团队工作经验的成员进行了问卷调查,对问卷调查结果通过SPSS.16.0进行了分析;第六章根据分析结果对高校科研团队知识共享机制的建立提出建议。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, various organizations are facing more and more challenges. First, with the rapid development of high and new technology, the leading position of intangible assets, such as knowledge, in the development of science and technology and economic growth, has also brought about the necessity and urgency of knowledge management in the organization and management; second, information technology Innovation makes the storage, dissemination, and sharing of knowledge more convenient and quick. At the same time, because of the huge amount of information, it also needs to strengthen the management of knowledge. Third, with the intensification of the process of globalization, the competition between organizations is increasingly fierce. Many organizations have already understood that the tangible capital, such as land, capital and labor, can not be fierce. In an invincible position in the market competition, only learning new knowledge, technology, idea, establishing learning organization, flexible and effective use of knowledge, and continuous improvement of innovation ability, can the core competitiveness of itself be promoted.
As a part of the social organization, colleges and universities are also faced with the above challenges. The ability of scientific research and innovation has become an important index to measure the core competitiveness of colleges and universities. As the backbone of scientific research innovation, the role of university scientific research team is self-evident. As a knowledge intensive team, the university scientific research team has a large degree of knowledge sharing. But in practice, the success of knowledge sharing will be affected by many factors. Only by mastering these factors and understanding the extent of the influence of these factors on knowledge sharing, the knowledge management system within the team and the concept of the knowledge can be improved effectively to improve the scientific research in Colleges and universities. The knowledge innovation of the team.
At present, there are still few studies on the factors affecting the knowledge sharing of scientific research teams in Colleges and universities. Through the study of previous literature and the relationship between individual and individual within the team, the dynamic model of knowledge sharing in the team of scientific research teams in Colleges and universities is established, and the expectation of personal reward, altruism, and trust of the members of the team are put forward. Degree, knowledge expression and absorptive capacity, knowledge expressiveness, team atmosphere, and team communication platform on the influence of knowledge sharing. On this basis, the influence degree of each factor is explained by the method of questionnaire investigation. This paper mainly studies the specific factors and various factors affecting the knowledge sharing of the university scientific research team. This paper mainly uses SPSS16.0 professional statistical analysis software to test the reliability and validity of the effective questionnaire, factor analysis and regression analysis. The results show that the influence degree of the knowledge sharing in the 7 dimensions from high to low are the team atmosphere, the personal reward expectation, and the knowledge. The ability of expression and absorption, the degree of trust among the team members, altruism, the platform of team communication, and the expressiveness of knowledge. Finally, the strategy of improving the knowledge sharing efficiency of the team of scientific research team is put forward in three aspects: the improvement of the team culture atmosphere, the establishment of the incentive mechanism and the construction of the learning team.
This article is divided into 6 chapters. The first chapter is a brief introduction to the background and significance of knowledge sharing; the second chapter studies and analyzes the relevant literature of knowledge management and knowledge sharing at home and abroad; the third chapter discusses the 5 modes of knowledge sharing and the construction of the dynamic model of knowledge sharing within the university scientific research team. The fourth chapter expounds the characteristics of the university scientific research team, establishes the influence factor hypothesis of the knowledge sharing of the university scientific research team and designs the scale. The fifth chapter carries out a questionnaire survey on the members of the work experience of the university scientific research team, and analyses the results of the questionnaire survey through SPSS.16.0; the sixth chapter is based on the analysis results to the University. Suggestions on the establishment of knowledge sharing mechanism for scientific research teams are put forward.
