基于大学生知识管理的教学设计模型研究与设计
[Abstract]:With more and more attention paid to human capital, how to improve the learning effect of learners and fully tap their potential and creativity has been a hot topic for scholars. From the school level, that is, how students learn to achieve better results. For enterprise training, many enterprises and scholars on the application of knowledge management more discussion. However, in view of the great difference between enterprise training and school education, whether knowledge management can be applied to classroom teaching is still uncertain. This paper mainly discusses the process of promoting learners' learning and innovation ability by knowledge management from the perspective of college teachers' teaching design. Firstly, the author systematically combs the theory of knowledge management, and designs a questionnaire on this basis to understand the students' own factors, teachers' factors and environmental factors (knowledge identification, knowledge acquisition, and environmental factors). The impact of knowledge preservation, knowledge sharing, knowledge application and knowledge innovation. Through the investigation, it is found that students, as practitioners of knowledge management, have a significant impact on six aspects of their own knowledge management, followed by environmental factors, while teachers' factors have no significant impact on all aspects of knowledge management. It is found that learners' use of web tools (search engine blog, forums, instant chat tools, etc.) can also affect the process of knowledge preservation, sharing, application and innovation. Based on the above theory and the current investigation conclusion, the author designs and completes the teaching design model based on college students' knowledge management. The main points of the model are: first, the teaching design process is concise, not the pursuit of comprehensive. The author concludes the process into three stages, namely, analysis, design and evaluation. Secondly, the purpose of teaching design is not only to make teachers better design the classroom teaching process, but also to make learners understand their learning situation clearly. Third, the teacher's behavior is designed in the instructional design model.
