大学生就业过程中的道德素质养成

【摘要】：本文针对日益严峻的大学生就业问题,从大学生就业道德角度加以研究,在社会学、思想政治教育学、心理健康学、马克思主义哲学等相关科学的指导下,运用调查研究法、文献资料整理分析法针对就业道德素质低下这一问题,从大学生道德现状、影响分析,以及如何提高这几个方面进行了论述。简要介绍了大学生就业道德素质的概念,对其进行了科学界定,从规范大学生择业就业行为,负起自身道德责任、从而推动整个社会风气进步等几方面论述了提高大学生道德素质的重要性。针对学生特点制定了调查问卷,并对收回的问卷整理分析,结论为：目前高校毕业生的整体就业道德素质存在诸多问题,例如：诚信素质低下,功利化思想严重,缺乏社会责任感、集体责任感,自我评价过高、缺乏奉献精神和集体观念等,这些都从某一方面影响了大学生就业,需要学术界加以重视并研究分析。在影响大学生就业道德的原因方面阐述了如下四个问题：大学生应对挫折的能力、就业价值取向、合同的遵守以及人生长远发展,从而得出——社会、家庭、高校以及学生自身方面存在的问题都影响了大学生的就业道德素质,这一问题是由诸多内外因素共同影响的结果。最后,针对前文所做的分析,以及前文给出的大学生就业道德素质的我问题及成因,相对应的提出了如何提高大学生就业道德水平,最终提高大学生就业率等等办法和建议,这需要全社会行动起来,包括国家、政府、媒体、学校、家庭、学生自身等各方面的共同努力。从根本上解决这一难题,为广大毕业生提供帮助、缓解就业压力、从而促进和谐社会的发展。
[Abstract]:In view of the increasingly serious employment problems of college students, this paper studies them from the angle of college students' employment morality. Under the guidance of sociology, ideological and political education, mental health, Marxist philosophy, and so on, this paper applies the method of investigation and research. Aiming at the problem of low moral quality of employment, this paper discusses the present situation, influence and how to improve the moral quality of college students. This paper briefly introduces the concept of college students' employment moral quality, and defines it scientifically. Therefore, the importance of improving the moral quality of college students is discussed from the aspects of promoting the progress of the whole social atmosphere. According to the characteristics of the students, a questionnaire was developed, and the collected questionnaires were analyzed. The conclusion is that there are many problems in the overall employment moral quality of college graduates, such as: the quality of honesty is low, the thought of utilitarianism is serious, Lack of social responsibility, collective responsibility, high self-evaluation, lack of dedication and collective concept, all these have affected the employment of college students from one aspect, need to be attached importance to the academic community and research and analysis. This paper expounds the following four problems: the ability of college students to deal with setbacks, the orientation of employment value, the observance of contracts, and the long-term development of life. The problems in colleges and universities and students themselves have affected the employment moral quality of college students, which is the result of many internal and external factors. Finally, according to the previous analysis, as well as the problems and causes of the moral quality of college students' employment, this paper puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions on how to improve the employment moral level of college students, and finally increase the employment rate of college students. This requires the action of the whole society, including the state, government, media, school, family, students themselves and other joint efforts. To solve this problem fundamentally, to provide help for the majority of graduates, to ease the pressure of employment, thereby promoting the development of a harmonious society.
