当代大学生感恩教育与健康人格研究

【摘要】：感恩是中华民族的优秀传统美德,是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。同时,感恩也是培育大学生健康人格的重要内容。当代大学生人格总体上是健康积极向上的,但也存在诸多缺陷。因此加强大学生感恩教育,引导大学生识恩、知恩,并转化为感恩行动,以实现人与人、人与社会、人与自然的和谐,促进大学生的人格完善和全面发展,显得尤为重要。本文选择以感恩教育为突破口,来培育大学生健康人格。通过对感恩教育和健康人格的概述,阐述了忘恩是当代大学生人格缺失的集中表现,论述了感恩是健康人格的重要内容,从而提出加强感恩教育成就健康人格策略。全文分为四个部分：第一部分概述感恩教育和健康人格的涵义进行。对感恩的概念及人格进行界定,并在此基础上阐述了感恩教育与健康人格的内涵。第二部分阐述忘恩是当代大学生人格缺失的集中表现。分析当代大学生人格缺失主要存在理想信念的失重,以自我为中心,人际关系失调,优良道德品质缺失等问题。并针对索取型人格的偏弊与成因进行深入剖析,提出自我中心主义必然导致忘恩负义的观点。第三部分论述感恩是健康人格的重要内容。通过分析健康人格是权利与义务的完美统一,而感恩是责任意识、义务观念的价值呈现,因此,健康人格呼唤感恩并离不开感恩。第四部分提出加强感恩教育成就健康人格的策略。通过健全健康人格的感恩教育理论,提升健康人格的感恩教育实践,成就健康人格的感恩教育工程等策略促进大学生的全面发展。
[Abstract]:Thanksgiving is an excellent traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and the need of building a harmonious socialist society. At the same time, gratitude is also an important part of cultivating healthy personality of college students. The personality of contemporary college students is healthy and positive in general, but it also has many defects. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the Thanksgiving education of college students, guide them to know gratitude, and transform it into Thanksgiving action, so as to realize the harmony between people and society, between human beings and nature, and to promote the perfection and all-round development of college students' personality. This paper chooses Thanksgiving education as a breakthrough to cultivate healthy personality of college students. Based on the summary of Thanksgiving education and healthy personality, this paper expounds that forgetfulness is the concentrated expression of contemporary college students' personality deficiency, discusses that gratitude is an important content of healthy personality, and puts forward strategies to strengthen Thanksgiving education to achieve healthy personality. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part summarizes the meaning of Thanksgiving education and healthy personality. The concept and personality of gratitude are defined, and the connotation of Thanksgiving education and healthy personality is expounded. The second part expounds that forgetfulness is the concentrated expression of contemporary college students'personality deficiency. This paper analyzes the main problems of contemporary college students' personality loss, such as weightlessness of ideal and belief, self-centered, disharmony of interpersonal relationship, lack of good moral quality, and so on. It also analyzes the disadvantages and causes of demand personality and puts forward the viewpoint that egocentrism will inevitably lead to ingratitude. The third part discusses that gratitude is an important content of healthy personality. By analyzing that healthy personality is the perfect unity of rights and obligations, and gratitude is the consciousness of responsibility, the value of the concept of obligation is presented, therefore, healthy personality calls for gratitude and cannot be separated from Thanksgiving. The fourth part puts forward the strategy of strengthening Thanksgiving education to achieve healthy personality. By perfecting the theory of Thanksgiving education of healthy personality, promoting the practice of Thanksgiving education of healthy personality and realizing the Thanksgiving education project of healthy personality, the all-round development of college students is promoted.
