我国现阶段大学生就业问题研究

【摘要】:我国近几年高校毕业生就业一直是大家关注的焦点,尽管社会各界针对此问题出谋划策:可是大学生就业问题得到缓解了吗?在如此困境下,企业为什么依旧遭遇“招工难”的窘境?我国经济高速上扬的态势下,高校毕业生就业压力为什么得不到解决?大学生就业问题的主要矛盾究竟出在哪?针对一些匮乏工作经验和社会实践经验的大学生,在大学就读期间该如何教育与培养?面对全球经济一体化,大学生该如何面对机遇与挑战?上述问题成为高校毕业生、家长、社会各界广泛关注的热点。高校毕业生就业问题的研究,对于大学生身心的发展,高校提高教育质量,加快实施人才强国战略,推动经济社会稳步发展,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。 本文主要采用专家访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法、区域结构分析等方法对现阶段高校毕业生就业问题进行分析研究。经过深入研究可以为我国高校毕业生就业的提供理论参考,为改善大学生就业模式提供实质性建议,推动我国大学生就业形势良好的发展。 本文在查阅、走访、调查后,决定从以下几点对大学生就业问题进行深入研究: 第一,就业面临的现实问题、理论与实际政策的研究。从剖析大学生就业难的主要原因—时代背景入手,研究大学生就业的相关理论知识,进一步从大学生自身,企事业用人制度及国家相关政策等方面提出可行性建议。 第二,发展与大学生就业因素的研究。研究产业结构,专业框架与高校毕业生就业的关系,高校人才培养与产业需求衔接,新兴产业对高校人才及教育方式的影响。 第三,,对大学生就业影响的研究。从理论上研究人才的培养与分布对国家核心竞争力的影响,用定量分析方法探究高校规模扩招与大学生就业的关系,还就与大学生就业中关键的实践经验在高校人才培养中所占比重等问题进行了集中的研究。 第四,进而分别从高校可持续教育,发起创业教育及法律保障等与高校毕业生就业相关的事宜进行探究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment of college graduates in China has been the focus of attention, although all sectors of society to give advice to this problem: but the employment of college students has been alleviated? In such a difficult situation, why do enterprises still encounter "recruitment difficulties" dilemma? Why can't the employment pressure of college graduates be solved when the economy of our country is rising at a high speed? What is the main contradiction in the employment of college students? How to educate and train some college students who are short of work experience and social practice experience while studying in university? In the face of global economic integration, how should college students face opportunities and challenges? The above question becomes the hot spot which the university graduate, the parent, the social all walks of life widespread concern. The study on employment of college graduates is of great theoretical value and practical significance to the development of college students' body and mind, to the improvement of education quality, to the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country by talents, and to the steady development of economy and society. This paper mainly adopts the methods of expert interview, questionnaire investigation, literature research and regional structure analysis to analyze the employment problems of college graduates at the present stage. The in-depth study can provide a theoretical reference for the employment of college graduates in our country, provide substantive suggestions for improving the employment mode of college students, and promote the good development of the employment situation of college students in China. This paper, after consulting, visiting and investigating, decides to study the employment problem of college students from the following aspects: first, the realistic problem of employment, the research of theory and practical policy. Starting with the analysis of the main reasons for the difficulty of obtaining employment for college students-the background of the times, this paper studies the relevant theoretical knowledge of the employment of college students, and puts forward some feasible suggestions from the aspects of college students themselves, the employment system of enterprises and institutions and the relevant policies of the state. Second, the development and the university student employment factor research. This paper studies the relationship between the industrial structure, the professional framework and the employment of college graduates, the connection between the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and the industrial demand, and the influence of the new industry on the talents and the ways of education in colleges and universities. Third, the study on the employment impact of college students. This paper theoretically studies the influence of the cultivation and distribution of talents on the core competitiveness of the country, and probes into the relationship between the scale expansion of college students and the employment of college students by means of quantitative analysis. The paper also makes a concentrated study on the proportion of the key practical experience in college personnel training. Fourth, from the university sustainable education, starting entrepreneurship education and legal protection and other issues related to the employment of college graduates to explore.
