大学生网络成瘾:关注与应对

【摘要】：大学生网络成瘾是一种由于网络依赖而导致的心理疾病。鉴于当前大学生网络成瘾现状的紧迫性以及危害的严重性,防治大学生网络成瘾成为当前亟待解决的重要课题。为了有效应对大学生网络成瘾,应树立"三维"应对目标,构筑"四维八方"预防体系,同时诉诸操作性定义甄别大学生是否网络成瘾。对于业已成瘾的大学生,采用奖惩强化法与规避奖励法戒除其网瘾。
[Abstract]:Internet addiction of college students is a psychological disease caused by internet dependence. In view of the urgency of the current situation of Internet addiction among college students and the seriousness of the harm, prevention and treatment of Internet addiction of college students has become an important task to be solved. In order to deal with the internet addiction of college students effectively, we should set up the "three dimensional" coping target, construct the "four dimensional and eight directions" prevention system, at the same time, we should apply the operational definition to identify whether the college students are addicted to the internet. For the college students who have become addicted, the reinforcement method of reward and punishment and the method of circumventing reward are adopted to give up their internet addiction.
