我国高等院校去行政化面临的问题与实现途径研究

【摘要】:《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的颁布实施,使本已热议的高等教育去行政化问题成为社会中心话题,这一问题同时也成为当前我国教育理论界研究的前沿问题。本文回顾了我国高等教育改革的历史,分析了高等教育行政化的表现和危害,对去行政化改革面临的实际困难进行了理论分析和探讨。基于论证的需要,本文运用了教育公共治理理论,采用中外对比、案例分析等研究方法,对我国当下高等教育改革现状进行了考察,提出了我国高等院校在推动去行政化改革进程中可咨借鉴的可行性方案。
[Abstract]:The promulgation and implementation of the National medium and long term talents Development Program (2010-2020) and the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) have made the issue of the deadministration of higher education, which has already been under heated discussion, become a central topic in society. At the same time, this problem has become a frontier problem in the field of educational theory in our country. This paper reviews the history of the reform of higher education in China, analyzes the manifestation and harm of the administrative reform of higher education, and makes a theoretical analysis and discussion on the practical difficulties faced by the reform of deadministration. Based on the need of argumentation, this paper uses the theory of public governance of education, the comparison between China and foreign countries, case analysis and other research methods to investigate the current situation of higher education reform in China. This paper puts forward a feasible scheme for colleges and universities to use for reference in the process of deadministrative reform.
