云南高校与东盟科技合作的重点领域选择

【摘要】：云南省与东盟的科技合作交流在一定程度上促进了双方经济和社会的发展。云南高校应抓住战略机遇,充分利用地域优势,正确认识自身特色优势学科和项目,挖掘国际科技合作的重点领域,扩展交流与合作的平台,以期创造更多的经济效益和社会效益,进而实现"双赢"。
[Abstract]:The scientific and technological cooperation between Yunnan and ASEAN has promoted the economic and social development of both sides to a certain extent. Yunnan colleges and universities should seize the strategic opportunity, make full use of the regional advantages, correctly understand their own characteristic advantages of disciplines and projects, dig out the key areas of international scientific and technological cooperation, and expand the platform for exchanges and cooperation. In order to create more economic and social benefits, and then achieve "win-win".
