我国创新型工程科技人才培养的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:全球化随着21世纪的深入不断在各个方面体现出来,政治、经济、文化、生态等方面的合作与交流不断增多,世界各国都在全球范围内寻求合作。纵观近十年到二十年全球工业的发展,不管是欧美这样的工业发达国家,还是像我国这样的工业尚未发达的国家,工程人才都是急需的,全球范围内也面临着工程师短缺这一现实。高等工程教育作为高等教育的一个重要分支,其重要性地位不言而喻,我国作为一个教育大国,有着得天独厚的有利条件,我国工程人才的培养创造了很好条件。为建设创新型国家,发展我国的高等工程教育,教育部提出了“卓越工程师教育培养计划”,旨在培养大量创新型工程科技人才,为此,培养创新型工程科技人才成为我国工程教育的新的目标。 在多年的发展中,传统的工程教育的弊端逐渐显现,实践教育不足,人文教育薄弱以及创新教育缺乏都影响了我国创新型工程科技人才的培养。本研究通过资料的搜集和整理,分析我国创新型人才培养过程中出现的问题,从人才特征出发,厘清思路,分析原因,并借鉴国外工程教育经验,提出以下几点建议:首先,更新教育理念,重视实践在工程教育中的重要地位;其次,借鉴国外工程教育的最新成果---CDIO工程教育模式;第三,改革单一的考核方法,更新教学方法,推进产学研多元化合作;最后,重视青年教师在工程教育中的作用,建立双师型教师队伍。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization in the 21st century, the cooperation and exchange of politics, economy, culture, ecology and so on are increasing, and the countries all over the world are seeking cooperation in the global scope. Throughout the past 10 to 20 years of global industrial development, whether developed countries such as Europe and the United States or undeveloped countries such as China, engineering personnel are urgently needed. There is also a global shortage of engineers. As an important branch of higher education, the importance of higher engineering education is self-evident. As a big country of education, China has unique favorable conditions, and the cultivation of engineering talents in our country has created very good conditions. In order to build an innovative country and develop China's higher engineering education, the Ministry of Education put forward the "Education and training Program for Outstanding Engineers", which aims to train a large number of innovative engineering science and technology talents. Cultivating innovative engineering science and technology talents has become a new goal of engineering education in our country. In the years of development, the disadvantages of the traditional engineering education gradually appear, the lack of practical education, the weak humanities education and the lack of innovative education all affect the cultivation of innovative engineering science and technology talents in our country. Through the collection and collation of the data, this study analyzes the problems in the process of cultivating innovative talents in our country, starting from the characteristics of talents, clarifies the ideas, analyzes the reasons, and draws lessons from the experience of foreign engineering education, and puts forward the following suggestions: first, Renew the educational concept, attach importance to the important position of practice in engineering education; secondly, learn from the latest achievements of foreign engineering education-CDIO engineering education model; third, reform the single assessment method, update the teaching method, Finally, we should attach importance to the role of young teachers in engineering education and establish a team of double-qualified teachers.
