实习教师胜任力的现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】:教师教育实践化趋向的发展突出了教育实习的重要性,实习教师的实习效果和自身发展能不能满足教师教育发展的需要问题成为研究的焦点。 笔者通过问卷调查法和行为事件访谈法,对教育学类学科专业实习教师的胜任力进行研究,构建出实习教师的胜任力结构。实习教师胜任力结构分为课堂教学驾驭特征,教师知识与交往特征,性格特质,学生导向特征,技能特征,发展潜能特征6个维度和29个胜任力特征。然后对实习教师胜任力的现状进行分析,再结合访谈内容和调查结果从实习教师个体、学校和社会三个角度找出影响实习教师胜任力的影响因素以及影响因素产生原因。最后根据实习教师的胜任力影响因素,再从实习教师个体、学校和社会三个角度提出提升实习教师自我教学效能感、促进教师专业标准的自觉行动、强化实践导向的教师教育课程、优化实习教师的实习评价体系和构建合作伙伴的教育实习基地五个方面的对策,为学校更好地提高实习质量和培养高素质的实习教师提供帮助。
[Abstract]:The development of the practice trend of teacher education highlights the importance of educational practice. Whether the practice effect of intern teachers and their own development can meet the needs of teacher education development has become the focus of research. By means of questionnaire survey and behavior event interview, the author studies the competence of the intern teachers in pedagogy, and constructs the competency structure of the intern teachers. The competence structure of intern teachers can be divided into six dimensions, including classroom teaching control, teachers' knowledge and communication, personality, student orientation, skill, development potential and 29 competencies. Then it analyzes the current situation of the competence of intern teachers, and then finds out the influencing factors and the causes of the influencing factors from the perspectives of individual, school and society with the content of interview and the results of investigation. Finally, according to the influencing factors of intern teachers' competence, the author puts forward the conscious action to improve the teachers' self-teaching efficacy and promote teachers' professional standards from the perspectives of individual, school and society. Strengthening the practice-oriented teacher education curriculum, optimizing the practice evaluation system of the intern teachers and constructing the educational practice base of the partners can help the school to improve the practice quality and cultivate the high-quality intern teachers.
