经济全球化对思想政治教育的冲击及对策研究

【摘要】：全球化通常是指人类在全球范围内的联系不断增强，人类生活在全球规模的基础上发展及全球意识的崛起，国与国之间在政治、经济贸易、文化交流上互相依存度不断加深。经济全球化(Economic Globalization)是指世界经济活动超越了国界的范围，通过对外贸易、资本流动、技术转移、提供服务、相互依存、相互联系而形成的全球范围的有机经济整体，也就是说，世界经济日益成为紧密联系的一个整体。经济全球化是当今世界经济的重要特征之一，也是世界经济发展的重要趋势。其实，经济全球化的过程早已开始，在人类历史进入新纪元后，世界经济全球化的进程大大加快。经济全球化，有利于资源和生产要素在全球范围内的合理配置，，有利于资本和产品在全球性流动，有利于科技在全球性范围内的扩张，有利于促进不发达地区经济的发展，是人类发展进步的表现，是世界经济发展的必然结果。但是，经济全球化对每一个国家来说，又是一把“双刃剑”，经济全球化给每个国家带来的，既是机遇，也是挑战。对于正处在社会转型时期的我国来说，参与全球性的激烈竞争，所遇到的风险、挑战将更加严峻。伴随着经济全球化和改革开放的不断深入，来自世界不同国家的思想观念和文化思潮也在互联网的飞速发展下，冲击着人们的头脑。因此，在参与全球化竞争和建设社会主义和谐社会的过程中，我们需要更好地利用思想政治教育这一有利思想武器，创新思想政治教育的方式方法，引导人们坚守社会主义意识形态的思想阵地。因此，在经济全球化的背景下，研究如何开展思想政治教育、如何进行思想政治教育创新，具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Globalization usually refers to the growing connections between human beings on a global scale, the development of human life on a global scale and the rise of global consciousness, and the deepening of interdependence among countries in political, economic, trade and cultural exchanges. Economic globalization (Economic Globalization) refers to a global organic economy formed by world economic activities that transcend national boundaries through foreign trade, capital flow, technology transfer, service provision, interdependence, and interconnectedness. The world economy is increasingly becoming a closely linked whole. Economic globalization is one of the important characteristics of the world economy and an important trend of the development of the world economy. In fact, the process of economic globalization has already begun, after the human history entered a new era, the process of world economic globalization greatly accelerated. Economic globalization is conducive to the rational allocation of resources and factors of production on a global scale, to the global flow of capital and products, to the expansion of science and technology on a global scale, and to the promotion of economic development in underdeveloped regions. Is the performance of human development and progress, is the inevitable result of world economic development. However, economic globalization is a double-edged sword for every country. Economic globalization brings both opportunities and challenges to each country. For China, which is in the period of social transformation, the risks and challenges of participating in the fierce global competition will be more severe. With the continuous deepening of economic globalization and reform and opening up, the ideas and cultural thoughts from different countries in the world are also under the rapid development of the Internet, which is impacting people's minds. Therefore, in the process of participating in the globalization competition and building a harmonious socialist society, we need to make better use of ideological and political education as a beneficial ideological weapon and to innovate the ways and means of ideological and political education. To guide people to adhere to the ideological position of socialist ideology. Therefore, under the background of economic globalization, it is of great significance to study how to carry out ideological and political education and how to innovate in ideological and political education.
