基于钻石模型理论的高校教师持续性专业发展模型

【摘要】:高校教师持续性专业发展是不断提升高等教育人才培养质量的重要保障。目前,高校教师专业发展在国内高校更多地表现为教师的个人行为,高校管理者及其行政部门较少主动参与,缺少政策支持和措施保证。基于钻石模型理论的高校教师持续专业发展模型,构建出教师专业发展与机会、环境、教师个体、校方领导、高教管理部门的多方关系,试图为高校教师持续性专业发展提供新的框架和思路。
[Abstract]:The continuous professional development of college teachers is an important guarantee to improve the quality of higher education personnel training. At present, the professional development of college teachers in the domestic colleges and universities more performance as the personal behavior of teachers, university administrators and their administrative departments less active participation, lack of policy support and measures to ensure. The sustainable professional development model of college teachers based on diamond model theory is used to construct the relationships between teachers' professional development and opportunities, environment, teachers' individual, school leaders, and higher education management departments. This paper attempts to provide a new framework and train of thought for the sustained professional development of university teachers.
