青年信仰形成过程与教育机制研究

【摘要】:信仰是人的本质的对象化,是人对社会实践及其对象的最高价值的认定和确信,以及由此形成的最高价值理想和终极追求目标。信仰在价值体系中居于核心地位,是人们世界观、人生观和价值观的集中体现,是关于人生意义和价值追求的最高理想,对人的行为起着根本的引导和制约作用。信仰教育是基于信仰的功能和本质,对社会成员开展关于人类社会实践活动终极价值的教育,在本质上是社会成员为实现人生意义和价值追求学习并实践社会主流信仰的活动过程,对于社会成员的信仰生成、发展、实践和完善起着指导和规范作用。 信仰作为一种超越现实的精神需求,源于社会实践,又高于社会实践,并引领社会实践。时代不同、地域不同、民族不同、社会不同,产生和需要的信仰也就必然不同。当前世界多极化、经济全球化、科技信息化趋势加快,我国经济体制深刻变革、社会结构深刻变动、利益格局深刻调整、思想观念深刻变化特征凸显,全球范围内的思想意识、价值观念、行为方式的交流交融交锋越来越频繁激烈,对人们尤其是青年的世界观、人生观和价值观产生深刻影响,导致更深层次的信仰危机,引发一系列社会问题和冲突。青年信仰问题成为我国高校思想政治教育、意识形态安全、社会主义先进文化建设的重点和难点问题,具有重大的理论价值和现实意义。 青年信仰既有一般信仰问题的理论特征,又有青年群体的特殊规律。青年信仰的产生基于需要认同、伦理内化、心理整合、环境塑造和实践确认五种机制,其发展遵循层次性与发展性相统一、超越性与现实性相统一、易变性与固定性相统一的客观规律。青年信仰危机在本质上是精神需要与实践发展之间的矛盾,由社会、家庭和学校因素宏观促成,青年心理因素、知识因素和实践因素微观引发。化解青年信仰危机,必须建立和发展系统化的青年信仰教育机制,构建以教育理念、教育原则、教育规律和教育内容为核心的信仰教育认知机制;以教育模式、教育方法、教育途径、教育环境为核心的信仰教育运行机制;以评价标准和评价方法为核心的信仰教育评价机制。
[Abstract]:Belief is the objectification of human nature, the affirmation and conviction of the highest value of social practice and its object, and the highest value ideal and ultimate pursuit goal. Belief occupies the core position in the value system, is the concentrated embodiment of people's world outlook, outlook on life and values, is the highest ideal about the meaning of life and the pursuit of value, and plays a fundamental role in guiding and restricting people's behavior. Belief education is based on the function and essence of belief, which educates the members of society about the ultimate value of human social practice. In essence, social members pursue learning and practice the mainstream beliefs in order to realize the meaning and value of life, which plays a guiding and normative role in the formation, development, practice and improvement of social members' beliefs. Belief, as a spiritual demand beyond reality, originates from social practice, is higher than social practice, and leads social practice. Different times, different regions, different nationalities, different societies, different beliefs and needs must be different. At present, the trend of world multipolarization, economic globalization, science and technology informatization is quickening, China's economic system is undergoing profound changes, social structures are undergoing profound changes, the pattern of interests has been profoundly adjusted, the characteristics of profound changes in ideology and ideas are prominent, and the ideological consciousness in the global scope, The exchange of values and behavior is becoming more and more intense, which has a profound impact on the world outlook, outlook on life and values of people, especially young people, and leads to a deeper crisis of belief, leading to a series of social problems and conflicts. The issue of youth belief has become an important and difficult issue in ideological and political education, ideological safety and socialist advanced culture construction in colleges and universities in China, which has great theoretical value and practical significance. The youth belief has both the theory characteristic of the general belief problem and the special law of the youth group. The emergence of youth belief is based on five mechanisms: need identification, ethical internalization, psychological integration, environment shaping and practical confirmation. Its development follows the unity of hierarchy and development, transcendence and reality. The objective law of the unity of variability and immobility. The crisis of youth belief is essentially a contradiction between spiritual need and practical development, which is caused by the macro factors of society, family and school, the psychological factor of youth, the factor of knowledge and the microcosmic factor of practice. To resolve the crisis of youth belief, we must establish and develop a systematic mechanism of youth belief education, and construct a cognitive mechanism of belief education with the core of educational ideas, educational principles, educational laws and educational contents. The operating mechanism of belief education is based on educational model, educational method, educational approach and educational environment, and the evaluation mechanism of belief education is based on evaluation standard and evaluation method.
