河北北方学院学生德育管理现状研究

【摘要】：由于人们对德育管理理论和实践问题的关注，德育管理理论和实践问题被提到了新的高度。人类在取得巨大成就的同时，却又面临着严峻的问题，开始寻求应对之策，其中用生态学的理念研究德育管理成为当今德育管理的一种新走向，学生在德育管理中的主体地位被忽视，社会、家庭、高校德育管理存在鸿沟等高校德育管理现状与学校德育生态系统的失衡密切相关。生态德育管理就是用生态世界观的观点和方法管理德育系统，把德育系统视为生态系统，使德育管理达到最优化管理。为了解决河北北方学院学生在德育管理存在的问题，建立良性的学生德育管理体系，本文首先对德育管理的相关理论进行了阐述，介绍了德育的定义和管理的概念、高校学生德育管理的涵义和依据。其次，本文指出了当下河北北方学院德育管理存在的四方面具体问题：忽视学生在德育管理中的主体地位；社会、家庭、高校德育管理存在鸿沟、德育管理缺少个性方法及内容缺乏活力。再次，从四方面剖析了河北北方学院学生德育管理存在的问题。最后，在以上大量研究和探讨的基础上，针对河北北方学院学生德育管理存在的问题提出具体生态德育管理策略，从而有效地保证高校德育管理和谐发展。
[Abstract]:The theory and practice of moral education management have been raised to a new height because of people's concern about the theory and practice of moral education management. At the same time, mankind has made great achievements, but at the same time, it is faced with severe problems, so it has begun to seek solutions, among which the study of moral education management with the concept of ecology has become a new trend of moral education management. The main position of students in moral education management is ignored. The gap between society, family and university moral education management is closely related to the imbalance of school moral education ecosystem. The management of ecological moral education is to use the viewpoint and method of ecological world outlook to manage the moral education system, regard the moral education system as the ecosystem, and make the management of moral education achieve the best management. In order to solve the problems existing in the moral education management of the students of Hebei North College, and to establish a sound management system for students' moral education, this paper first expounds the relevant theories of moral education management, and introduces the definition and concept of moral education management. The meaning and basis of moral Education Management of College students. Secondly, this paper points out four specific problems existing in the moral education management of Hebei North College: ignoring the main position of students in moral education management; There is a gap in the management of moral education in society, family and colleges. Thirdly, it analyzes the problems existing in the management of moral education of Hebei North College students from four aspects. Finally, on the basis of a great deal of research and discussion above, this paper puts forward concrete ecological moral education management strategies in view of the problems existing in the management of moral education of students in Hebei North University, so as to effectively ensure the harmonious development of moral education management in colleges and universities.
