博洛尼亚进程下欧洲高等教育质量保障体系研究

【摘要】：随着欧洲政治、经济一体化进程发展，在教育领域，，欧洲29个国家的高等教育部长们在1999年签署了《博洛尼亚宣言》，博洛尼亚进程以此命名，旨在建立统一的、基于国际合作和学术交流的欧洲高等教育区（European Higher EducationArea:EHEA），通过高质量的教育吸引来自欧洲及世界各地的学生和优秀人才。从此，博洛尼亚进程参与国逐步构建起欧洲高等教育质量保障体系，在此体系的支持下，2010年3月，欧洲高等教育区正式启动，建立欧洲高等教育区的理想最终得到实现。今后欧洲将继续加强和改进高等教育质量保障体系，以巩固欧洲高等教育区的建设。 本文首先对博洛尼亚进程下欧洲高等教育外部质量保障体系和内部质量保障体系分别进行研究，继而分析我国高等教育质量保障体系的现状及存在的问题，得出对我国的有益启示。
[Abstract]:As the process of political and economic integration in Europe developed, in the field of education, the ministers of higher education of 29 European countries signed the Bologna Declaration in 1999, which was named after the Bologna process to establish a unified, Based on international cooperation and academic exchanges, the European higher Education region (European Higher EducationArea:EHEA) attracts students and talents from all over Europe and around the world through high quality education. From then on, the participating countries of Bologna process gradually set up the European higher education quality assurance system. With the support of this system, in March 2010, the European higher education area was formally launched, and the ideal of establishing the European higher education area was finally realized. In the future, Europe will continue to strengthen and improve the quality assurance system of higher education in order to consolidate the construction of European higher education area. In this paper, the external quality assurance system and the internal quality assurance system of European higher education under the Bologna process are studied, and then the present situation and existing problems of the quality assurance system of higher education in China are analyzed. Draw the beneficial enlightenment to our country.
