吉林省独立学院师资队伍建设研究

【摘要】:自国家教育部批准成立了以社会力量和普通高等学校联合举办独立学院以来,随着独立学院办学规模不断扩大,其作为公办高校教育资源外延性扩张的一种组成模式,发展势头强劲,独立学院办学模式已经成为扩大高等教育资源利用的一种有效途径。然而,随着高等学校连续的扩招,原本有限的教育资源,特别是优质教师资源更趋紧缺。因此,如何构建行政高效、结构合理的教师队伍,是独立院校共同面临的首要任务和重大课题。本论文研究的主要内容是探索独立学院师资队伍建设规律,辨析师资队伍存在的问题及解决问题的有效途径。 本文以吉林省独立学院现有师资队伍现状统计分析为切入点,分析独立学院师资队伍中现存问题,对现存问题进行深入的原因剖析,提出独立学院在教师聘用、教师培养和教师管理等方面的适合独立学院师资队伍建设的管理、运行机制,并提出当前存在的问题,然后进行了理论探索,提出了解决办法,并实践应用于吉林农业大学发展学院,得出理论研究的实践成效。 全文共分四部分: 第一部分,绪论部分,主要阐述本研究产生的背景及其意义,并对国内外职业院校及私立学校的师资队伍建设的研究成果进行了文献综述。 第二部分,通过对吉林农业大学发展学院、东北师范大学人文学院、长春大学旅游学院等共计七所独立学院的有关师资队伍结构、师资类型和师资培训等方面数据的统计,得出吉林省独立学院师资中存在师资来源比较单一、教师队伍结构不合理、教师队伍稳定性差、教师实践能力较弱、教师科研能力较弱、教师培训投入经费不足、薪酬体制缺乏竞争功能、专职教师比重偏低等问题,并结合国家现有政策以及国外的先进办学理念对其原因进行比较分析。 第三部分,介绍国外私立高校师资队伍建设中在建立健全的教师聘用机制、建立高标准的教师资格制度、建立合理的师资队伍结构和建立完善的教师培养培训体系等方面的经验。 第四部分,结合我国独立学院的培养目标,从建章立制和举措实施方面,重点探讨了关于如何推进我国高等教育中独立学院师资队伍建设的对策。
[Abstract]:Since the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of independent colleges jointly set up by social forces and ordinary institutions of higher learning, with the continuous expansion of the scale of running independent colleges and universities, it has been regarded as a kind of composition model for the extension of educational resources of public colleges and universities. The independent college has become an effective way to expand the utilization of higher education resources. However, with the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, limited educational resources, especially high-quality teachers, are becoming more and more scarce. Therefore, how to build a high-efficiency and reasonable structure of teachers is the most important task and major task faced by independent colleges. The main content of this thesis is to explore the law of the construction of teachers in independent colleges, to distinguish and analyze the problems existing in the teaching staff and the effective ways to solve the problems. Based on the statistical analysis of the present teaching staff of Jilin Province Independent College, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching staff of the Independent College, analyzes the causes of the existing problems, and puts forward that the Independent College is employing teachers. In the aspects of teacher training and teacher management, it is suitable for the management and operation mechanism of teachers' team construction in independent colleges, and puts forward the existing problems, and then carries on the theoretical exploration, and puts forward the solution. And the practice is applied to Jilin Agricultural University School of Development, and the practical results of theoretical research are obtained. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part, the introduction part, mainly expounds the background and significance of this research, and carries on the literature review to the domestic and foreign vocational colleges and private schools' teacher team construction research results. The second part, through the statistics of seven independent colleges, such as Jilin Agricultural University Development College, Northeast normal University Humanities College, Changchun University Tourism College, and so on, on the structure, types and training of teachers. It is concluded that there is a single source of teachers, unreasonable structure of teachers, poor stability of teachers, weak ability of teachers' practice, weak ability of teachers' scientific research and insufficient investment in teacher training in Jilin Province Independent College. The salary system lacks the competitive function and the proportion of full-time teachers is low. The reasons are compared and analyzed in combination with the existing national policies and the advanced ideas of running a school abroad. The third part introduces the establishment of a sound teacher employment mechanism and the establishment of a high standard teacher qualification system in the construction of foreign private colleges and universities. To establish a reasonable structure of teachers and establish a sound system of teacher training and other aspects of experience. The fourth part, combined with the training goal of independent colleges in our country, discusses the countermeasures on how to promote the construction of teachers in independent colleges in higher education from the aspects of establishing regulations and implementing measures.
