理工科大学生法治教育现状及其对策研究

【摘要】：法治教育，是我党从建设中国特色社会主义全局的高度，在思想教育领域做出的重大决策。要把我国建设成为法治国家、要维护社会稳定与促进社会和谐，首先要做到理念先行。目前，大学生是我国法治教育的主要人群，大学生的法治教育工作因此而十分重要。理工科大学生是大学生群体的一个重要组成部分，但是，由于各种原因，我国理工科大学生的法治教育工作存在着许多问题。理工科大学生的法治教育，对于树立理工科大学生法治理念、培养其法律意识有着重要意义。本文就从五个部分对理工科大学生的法治教育进行研究：第一章，绪论。从理论与现实两个层面介绍本文的选题依据，指出了本文的研究意义所在，介绍了国内、国外关于理工科大学生法治教育的研究现状，介绍本文的研究方法。第二章，介绍理工科大学生法治教育的基础理论，首先对理工科大学生做出了界定，并对理工科大学生的特点进行了分析；接着对法治的概念及大学生法治教育的内涵进行了简单的描述；最后从三个方面介绍了理工科大学生法治教育的内容。第三章，分析了理工科大学生法治教育的必要性，从强化理工科大学生法治教育的理论要求层面与现实需要两个层面，，笔者针对理工科大学生法治教育之必要性进行了基于本专业的详实分析。第四章，对我国理工科大学生法治教育的现状进行了分析，基于调查报告对分析了理工科大学生法治教育的总体现状进行了分析，指出了我国目前理工科大学生法治教育中所存在的问题，并对问题存在的原因进行了剖析。第五章，提出了完善理工科大学生法治教育的措施，首先，介绍了理工科大学生法治教育的目标定位；接着，介绍了开展理工科大学生法治教育的主要思路；最后，提出理工科大学生法治教育的具体举措。第六章，结束语。
[Abstract]:The education of rule by law is a major decision made by our Party in the field of ideological education from the height of the overall situation of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. To build our country into a country ruled by law, to maintain social stability and promote social harmony, we must first achieve the idea first. At present, college students are the main people in the education of rule of law in our country, so the work of law education of college students is very important. The college students of science and engineering are an important part of the college students. However, for various reasons, there are many problems in the education of science and engineering college students' rule of law. The rule of law education of science and engineering college students is of great significance to set up the concept of science and engineering college students' rule of law and to cultivate their legal consciousness. This paper studies the rule of law education of science and engineering college students from five parts: chapter one, introduction. This paper introduces the basis of this thesis from two aspects of theory and reality, points out the significance of the research, introduces the present situation of the research on the rule of law education of science and engineering college students at home and abroad, and introduces the research methods of this paper. The second chapter introduces the basic theory of science and engineering college students' rule of law education. Firstly, it defines the science and engineering college students, and analyzes the characteristics of the science and engineering college students. Then the concept of rule of law and the connotation of university students' rule of law education are briefly described; finally, the content of science and engineering college students' rule of law education is introduced from three aspects. The third chapter analyzes the necessity of the education of science and engineering college students' rule of law, from the theoretical requirements and the practical needs of strengthening the science and engineering college students' rule of law education. The author makes a detailed analysis of the necessity of science and engineering college students' rule of law education based on their major. The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of science and engineering college students' rule of law education, based on the investigation report, analyzes the overall situation of science and engineering college students' rule of law education. This paper points out the problems existing in the rule of law education of science and engineering college students in our country at present, and analyzes the causes of the problems. In the fifth chapter, the author puts forward the measures to perfect the education of science and engineering students' rule of law. Firstly, it introduces the target orientation of the education of science and engineering students' rule of law, and then introduces the main ideas of carrying out the education of science and engineering students' rule of law. Finally, the author puts forward the concrete measures of science and engineering college students'rule of law education. Chapter VI, concluding remarks.
