育人视野下高校后勤队伍职工思想政治教育问题研究

【摘要】:在教育把立德树人作为根本任务的新形势下,高校后勤队伍职工在从事管理、服务的同时承担着教育的重要使命,他们的思想政治素质如何直接关系着高校育人的质量,在育人视野下研究高校后勤队伍职工的思想政治教育问题非常必要。现阶段充分发挥高校后勤服务的正面教育引导功能、维护校园安全稳定功能、职业精神和专业精神培养功能、自身素质提升功能、感染激励功能,对于提升后勤服务质量、增强大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性、培养学生良好的生活、学习习惯等具有重要意义。然而,目前高校后勤队伍职工在服务育人方面尚存在服务育人意识不够强、理念落伍、人格素质难以起到示范和感染作用,能力不足、制约其育人功能发挥等突出问题。存在这些问题的原因,主要是传统计划经济对人员的硬性配置导致队伍素质不齐,高校对后勤育人引导不力,部分后勤队伍职工存在官本位思想,后勤管理部门在职工管理方面重使用轻教育,高校后勤文化建设工作滞后等。针对目前高校后勤队伍职工在育人方面存在的主要问题,需从以下几方面抓起,切实提升高校后勤队伍职工的思想政治素质,真正发挥他们在立德树人中的应有作用:一是把好高校后勤干部队伍入口关,完善服务育人考核机制;二是切实抓好高校后勤队伍职工的职业道德教育,,增强他们的育人使命感;三是引导高校后勤队伍职工变提升素质由社会需要为自身诉求,增强他们提升素质的自觉性;四是通过表彰服务育人先进个人等激励高校后勤队伍职工提升素质;五是切实加强高校后勤文化建设、发挥后勤文化的价值引领功能;六是发挥后勤队伍干部的示范引领作用。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation that education regards the establishment of virtue as the basic task, the staff and workers of the logistics team in colleges and universities are engaged in management and service while undertaking the important mission of education. How their ideological and political quality directly relates to the quality of educating people in colleges and universities. It is necessary to study the ideological and political education of the staff in the rear-service team in colleges and universities from the perspective of education. At the present stage, we should give full play to the positive function of education and guidance of logistics service in colleges and universities, maintain the functions of safety and stability on campus, cultivate professional and professional spirit, enhance their own quality, infect the function of encouragement, and improve the quality of logistics service. It is of great significance to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students, to cultivate students' good life and study habits. However, at present, there are still some outstanding problems such as insufficient consciousness of service and education, outdated concept, difficult to play the role of demonstration and infection, insufficient ability and restricting its function of educating people in the staff of logistics team in colleges and universities. The main reasons for these problems are that the rigid allocation of personnel in the traditional planned economy leads to the uneven quality of the team, the lack of guidance in the rear service education in colleges and universities, and the existence of the official standard idea among some staff and workers of the logistics team. The logistic management department pays more attention to the use of education than to education, and lags behind in the construction of rear service culture in colleges and universities. In view of the main problems existing in educating the staff of the logistics team in colleges and universities at present, we should start from the following aspects to improve the ideological and political quality of the staff of the logistics team in colleges and universities. Give full play to their role in the cultivation of moral integrity: first, the entrance of logistics cadres in colleges and universities, and improve the service and education assessment mechanism; The second is to do a good job of professional ethics education of the staff and workers of the university logistics team, and to enhance their sense of mission, third, to guide the staff and workers of the university logistics team to change and upgrade their quality from the needs of the society to their own demands, and to enhance their consciousness of improving the quality; Fourth, through the recognition of the service of advanced individuals and other incentives to promote the quality of university logistics staff; fifthly, to effectively strengthen the construction of university logistics culture, give play to the value of logistics culture leading function; sixthly, give play to the role of logistics team cadres to demonstrate and lead.
