大学生思想政治教育中的自我教育研究

【摘要】：大学生思想政治教育一直是党和国家非常重视的问题，如何更好地实现大学生思想政治教育的目标，为国家培养中国特色社会主义的合格建设者和接班人是思想政治教育工作者和研究者始终探讨的问题。大学生思想政治教育的最终目的应该是受教育者在教育者的引导下，将社会要求的思想道德“内化”为自身的道德情感，进而“外化”为合乎社会发展要求的道德行为，要想实现这一目的，大学生的自我教育不容忽视。自我教育能力培养是时代发展的呼唤，是大学生思想政治教育改革的诉求，也是解决大学生自我健康发展过程中矛盾和冲突的必然要求，同时时代发展使大学生具有了丰富了自我教育资源，思想政治教育的新发展为大学生自我教育能力培养提供了充分条件，自我意识的发展也为大学生自我教育能力的培养提供了契机和参考依据。所以，高校思想政治教育要明确基本目标，整合学校和大学生的共同力量，培养大学生自我教育能力。文章从三个部分来论述大学生思想政治教育中的自我教育。第一部分是思想政治教育中自我教育的科学内涵。首先分析思想政治教育与自我教育的内在逻辑，同时在结合古今中外哲学家、教育家论述的基础上，概括了大学生思想政治教育中自我教育的涵义和特征。其次，阐述了大学生思想政治教育中自我教育的重要地位，指出自我教育是思想政治教育的内在要求、有效方法和新时期思想政治教育的必然选择，为发挥自我教育在大学生思想政治教育中的重要作用提供理论和现实依据。第二部分阐述大学生思想政治教育中自我教育存在问题及原因分析。首先，指出大学生自我教育存在的问题，主要从大学生自我意识淡薄、行为失范、自我评价能力不强三个方面来分析。其次，对大学生自我教育存在的问题进行原因分析，主要从大学生个性发展的不平衡、高校思想政治教育存在的弊端、大学生生存环境的复杂多样性及网络对自我教育提出了挑战这四个方面展开论述。第三部分在前面分析的基础上探寻提高大学生思想政治教育自我教育的对策。首先，激发大学生主体的道德需要，这部分从正确认识自我，，树立科学的理想信念两个方面论述；其次，完善推进大学生自我教育的支持系统。从构架引导大学生自我教育科学发展的评价体系和构建引导大学生自我教育科学发展的管理体制两个方面对本部分进行阐释。再次，优化教育环境，提升自我教育空间。从发挥教师的作用，营造良好的校园文化；加强校园网建设和构建家庭、社会通力合作的自我教育的大环境三个方面来着手。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college students has always been a problem that the Party and the state attach great importance to, how to better achieve the goal of ideological and political education of college students, Cultivating qualified constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics for our country is a problem that ideological and political educators and researchers have been discussing all the time. The ultimate goal of the ideological and political education of college students should be that the educatee, under the guidance of the educator, "internalize" the ideological and moral requirements of the society as their own moral feelings, and then "externalize" as the moral behavior that meets the requirements of social development. To achieve this goal, the self-education of college students can not be ignored. The cultivation of self-education ability is the call of the development of the times, the demand of the ideological and political education reform of college students, and the inevitable requirement of resolving the contradictions and conflicts in the process of the university students' self-healthy development. At the same time, the development of the times has enriched the resources of self-education for college students, and the new development of ideological and political education has provided sufficient conditions for the cultivation of self-education ability of college students. The development of self-consciousness also provides an opportunity and reference for the cultivation of college students' self-education ability. Therefore, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities should make clear the basic goal, integrate the common strength of college and university students, and cultivate the ability of self-education of college students. This paper discusses the self-education in the ideological and political education of college students from three parts. The first part is the scientific connotation of self-education in ideological and political education. This paper first analyzes the inner logic of ideological and political education and self-education, and at the same time summarizes the meaning and characteristics of self-education in college students' ideological and political education on the basis of combining the ancient and modern philosophers and educators. Secondly, it expounds the important position of self-education in the ideological and political education of college students, and points out that self-education is the internal requirement of ideological and political education, the effective method and the inevitable choice of ideological and political education in the new period. It provides theoretical and practical basis for giving play to the important role of self-education in ideological and political education of college students. The second part expounds the problems and causes of self-education in ideological and political education of college students. First of all, it points out the problems of college students' self-education, mainly from three aspects: weak self-consciousness, abnormal behavior and weak self-evaluation ability. Secondly, the causes of the problems in college students' self-education are analyzed, mainly from the imbalance of college students' personality development and the drawbacks of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The complex diversity of college students' living environment and the challenges posed by the network to self-education are discussed in this paper. The third part explores the countermeasures to improve the self-education of college students' ideological and political education on the basis of the previous analysis. First, to stimulate the moral needs of the main body of college students, this part from the correct understanding of self, set up scientific ideals and beliefs, second, improve the support system to promote the self-education of college students. This part is explained from two aspects: the evaluation system to guide the development of self-education science of college students and the management system to guide the development of self-education science of college students. Thirdly, optimize the educational environment and enhance the space of self-education. This paper starts from three aspects: exerting the role of teachers, creating good campus culture, strengthening the construction of campus network, constructing the family and the society cooperating with each other in three aspects: self-education environment.
