工科大学生科技创业模式研究

【摘要】：工科大学生科技创业活动是创业经济的重要组成部分，工科大学生科技创业模式研究直接影响着科技创业效率和成功率，关系着工科大学生科技创业活动的发展。在现有研究成果中，关于大学生创业模式的研究，本质上说，只是对大学生创业形式的划分，缺少实际操作性。关于工科大学生科技创业及科技创业模式研究更为少见，这一领域还未形成系统的可指导工科大学生创业实践的理论体系。因此，本文选定工科大学生科技创业模式为研究对象，应用创业和系统理论，对其进行深入的模式设计和选择研究。研究目的在于形成工科大学生科技创业的系统理论，以提高大学生创业效率。 本文首先基于工科大学生创业理论，归纳界定工科大学生科技创业模式概念，分析其特征和功能；并对工科大学生科技创业模式的要素构成、支撑平台及运行方式进行系统分析，为科技创业模式设计做理论基础；其次，基于管理学组织设计理论、为满足人才类型和技术创新过程要求，归纳并详细设计三种科技创业模式，分析各自特点和适用条件；再次，基于科技创业模式客观条件构建模式选择模型，并根据选择最优排序结果选择适合创业者的科技创业模式，为创业者使用提供指导路径；最后，研究其模式运行条件及保障措施；文章结尾以HT量仪公司创始人创业模式为实证，论证工科大学生科技创业模式理论研究具有实用价值。 工科大学生科技创业模式将大学生科技创业需求与工科大学生创业教育，科学研究实践和成果转化相结合，依托高校科技园区作为创业基地，使工科大学生利用科技产品进行科技创业。其研究成果对于解决工科大学生创业难问题具有理论意义；对于工科大学生走科技创业之路具有实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:The scientific and technological entrepreneurial activities of engineering college students are an important part of the entrepreneurial economy. The research on the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model of engineering college students directly affects the efficiency and success rate of scientific and technological entrepreneurship, and relates to the development of the scientific and technological entrepreneurial activities of engineering college students. Among the existing research results, the research on the entrepreneurial model of college students is, in essence, only the division of the entrepreneurial forms of college students, which lacks the practical operation. The research on science and technology entrepreneurship and scientific and technological entrepreneurship model of engineering college students is more rare, and no systematic theoretical system has been formed in this field to guide the entrepreneurial practice of engineering college students. Therefore, this paper chooses the science and technology entrepreneurship model of engineering college students as the research object, applies the entrepreneurship and the system theory, carries on the thorough pattern design and the choice research to it. The purpose of this study is to form a systematic theory of science and technology entrepreneurship of engineering college students in order to improve the efficiency of university students' entrepreneurship. Firstly, based on the entrepreneurship theory of engineering college students, this paper induces and defines the concept of science and technology entrepreneurship model of engineering college students, and analyzes its characteristics and functions. It also makes a systematic analysis of the essential elements, supporting platform and operation mode of the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model of engineering college students, and makes a theoretical basis for the design of the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model. Secondly, based on the management organization design theory, in order to meet the requirements of talent types and technological innovation process, three scientific and technological entrepreneurship models are summarized and designed in detail, and their respective characteristics and applicable conditions are analyzed. Thirdly, the model selection model is constructed based on the objective conditions of the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model, and the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model suitable for the entrepreneur is selected according to the selection of the optimal ranking result, which provides the guidance path for the entrepreneur to use. Finally, the paper studies the operating conditions of the model and the safeguard measures. At the end of the article, the author demonstrates the practical value of the theoretical research on the scientific and technological entrepreneurship model of the engineering college students, taking the founder's entrepreneurial model of the HT meter company as an example. The scientific and technological entrepreneurship model of engineering college students combines the demand for scientific and technological entrepreneurship with the entrepreneurship education, scientific research practice and transformation of achievements, and relies on the science and technology park of colleges and universities as the starting base. To enable engineering students to use science and technology products for scientific and technological entrepreneurship. The research results have theoretical significance for solving the difficult problem of entrepreneurship of engineering college students, and practical guiding significance for engineering college students to take the road of science and technology entrepreneurship.
