高校教师职业道德建设路径选择

【摘要】：正一直以来,广大高校教师在自觉贯彻党的教育方针、为中国教育事业的发展作出重要贡献的同时,体现出新时代高校教师的职业规范和道德。但在中国社会巨大转型期,高校教师职业道德建设出现了一些新现象和新问题,如个别教师教书育人意识淡薄,缺乏足够的爱心,学风浮躁,治学不严谨,尤其是急功近利,为此,2011年12月23日,教育部、中国教科文委研究制定了《高等学校教师职业道德规范》。这对于加强和改进高校师德建设,引导广大教师自觉践行社会主义核心价值体系,加强自身修养,弘扬高尚师德,提高高等教育质量具有重要的现实意义。加强高校教师职业道德建设的路径主要有以下几个方面:
[Abstract]:All along, teachers in colleges and universities, while conscientiously carrying out the Party's educational policy and making important contributions to the development of China's educational undertakings, embody the professional norms and ethics of university teachers in the new era. However, in the great transition period of Chinese society, some new phenomena and problems have appeared in the construction of college teachers' professional ethics, such as the weak consciousness of teaching and educating people, the lack of enough love, the impetuous style of study, the lack of rigor in academic research, especially the urgent need for quick success and quick profit. Therefore, on December 23, 2011, the Ministry of Education and the China Educational, Scientific and Cultural Commission developed the Code of Professional Ethics of Teachers in Colleges and Universities. This is of great practical significance for strengthening and improving the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities, guiding teachers to consciously practice the socialist core value system, strengthening their own self-cultivation, carrying forward noble teachers' ethics, and improving the quality of higher education. The main ways to strengthen the construction of college teachers' professional ethics are as follows:
