数学专业大学生数学文化素养的调查研究

【摘要】:数学文化素养是人类文化素养的重要组成部分,而数学文化观是人们从文化层次对数学的根本认识和看法,因此数学文化观是数学文化素养的重要体现。大学生群体是人类文化的主要传播者,大学生的数学文化素养关系到整个民族的数学文化素养水平。作为主修数学专业的大学生,他们的数学文化素养更是值得我们关注和研究的。 正是基于以上考虑,本研究采用问卷调查的方法对东北师范大学和吉林大学的08级和09级数学专业大学生的数学文化观现状进行了调查研究,同时也对国内外知名大学的数学文化课程和活动进行了搜集,希望通过调查数学专业大学生数学文化观认识现状,来了解他们的数学文化素养水平,并为今后提高大学生数学文化素养教育提供依据和有建设性的途径及方案。 经过研究发现,数学专业大学生具备一定的数学文化观,但水平一般,仍有待提高;师范院校大学生的数学文化观水平高于综合类大学;大四学生的数学文化观水平明显高于大三学生;男生与女生的数学文化观水平无明显差异。研究还发现国内外大学提高大学生数学文化素养的途径及方案包括:开设数学文化课程;课堂教学中渗透数学文化;教材编写数学文化知识;开展数学文化类活动。根据以上研究,本文提出了提高大学生数学文化素养的具体途径及方案。
[Abstract]:Mathematical cultural literacy is an important part of human cultural literacy, and the concept of mathematical culture is the fundamental understanding and view of mathematics from the cultural level, so the mathematical cultural view is an important embodiment of mathematical cultural literacy. The group of college students is the main propagator of human culture, and the mathematics cultural literacy of college students is related to the level of mathematics cultural literacy of the whole nation. As students majoring in mathematics, their mathematical literacy is worth our attention and research. Based on the above considerations, the present study investigates the present situation of mathematics culture view of mathematics majors in Northeast normal University and Jilin University. At the same time, it also collects the mathematics culture courses and activities of famous universities at home and abroad, hoping to know the level of mathematics culture literacy by investigating the present situation of mathematics culture view of mathematics major college students. It also provides the basis and constructive way and scheme for improving the mathematics cultural literacy education of college students in the future. Through the research, it is found that the mathematics major students have a certain view of mathematics culture, but the level of mathematics culture is general, and the level of mathematics culture view of normal college students is higher than that of comprehensive university. The level of mathematics culture view of senior students is obviously higher than that of junior students, but there is no obvious difference between boys and girls. The research also found that the ways and programs of improving university students' mathematical cultural literacy include: setting up mathematics culture course, infiltrating mathematics culture in classroom teaching, compiling mathematics culture knowledge in teaching material, and carrying out mathematics culture activities. According to the above research, this paper puts forward the specific ways and programs to improve the mathematical cultural literacy of college students.
