幼师中专毕业生职业价值观与职业选择的特点及关系研究

【摘要】:幼儿师范学校毕业生是一个特殊的群体,她们即将面对的教育对象是学龄前幼儿,她们对幼儿教师职业所持的价值观直接影响着祖国下一代的成长。为了了解幼师毕业生的职业价值观和职业选择特点,研究职业价值观和职业选择的相互关系,本研究对长春幼儿师范学校的240名毕业生做了问卷调查,回收有效问卷200份,同时,笔者还在每个班级随机抽取2名毕业生进行了访谈。 通过对数据的整理和分析,发现幼师毕业生职业价值观呈多元化趋势。比较来看,幼师毕业生的职业价值观中最重视贡献、愉悦和声望,其次是发展,对物质的重视程度最低。在对幼师毕业生职业选择各维度中分析中发现,,幼师毕业生职业选择呈现重视自身发展,兼顾人际关系,相对忽视威望的特点。幼师毕业生的职业价值观与职业选择之间的关系也是双向的,职业价值观会影响她们去选择与其职业价值观相应的工作,而职业选择反过来又会使毕业生形成与职业相适应的价值观。关于相关变量及职业价值观对职业选择的影响,在职业价值观和职业选择之间,背景因素起着桥梁的作用。这也提示教育工作者应该结合幼师毕业生内在的价值观和所处的就业大环境全面综合的分析幼师毕业生最后做出的职业选择。
[Abstract]:The graduates of preschool normal school are a special group. They are facing preschool children. Their values on the profession of preschool teachers directly affect the growth of the next generation of the motherland. In order to understand the characteristics of professional values and career choices of preschool teachers college graduates, and to study the relationship between vocational values and career choices, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 240 graduates from Changchun normal School, and 200 valid questionnaires were collected. At the same time, the author also randomly selected 2 graduates in each class for interviews. Through the data collation and analysis, it is found that the professional values of the graduates of kindergarten teachers show a diversified trend. In comparison, the professional values of preschool normal school graduates are the most important in contribution, pleasure and prestige, followed by development, and the least importance on material. In the analysis of the professional choice of kindergarten normal school graduates, it is found that the career choice of the graduates of kindergarten teachers shows the characteristics of attaching importance to their own development, taking into account interpersonal relationships and neglecting prestige. The relationship between professional values and career choices of kindergarten graduates is also two-way, and vocational values will influence them to choose jobs corresponding to their professional values. Career choices, in turn, enable graduates to form values appropriate to their careers. About the influence of related variables and vocational values on career choice, background factors act as a bridge between vocational values and career choices. This also suggests that educators should analyze the final career choices of kindergarten teachers by integrating their intrinsic values and employment environment.
