经济发展方式转变背景下的大学生创业与创新创业教育

【摘要】：通过对大学生就业难这一现象进行分析,笔者认为社会对知识不能充分利用的原因在于"资源驱动"的经济发展方式,进一步指出经济发展方式转变的方向是"创新驱动"。同时,利用知识经济学原理对"创新驱动"的组织机制进行了探析,论证了这个机制是知识劳动者在技术性知识和制度性知识创新基础上开展的"知识型创业"并论证了"知识型创业"和创新创业教育的关系。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the phenomenon of college students' employment difficulty, the author thinks that the reason why the society can not make full use of knowledge lies in the "resource-driven" economic development mode, and further points out that the direction of the transformation of economic development mode is "innovation-driven". At the same time, using the principle of knowledge economics, the paper analyzes the organizational mechanism of "innovation-driven". This paper demonstrates that this mechanism is "knowledge entrepreneurship" based on technical knowledge and institutional knowledge innovation, and demonstrates the relationship between "knowledge entrepreneurship" and innovative entrepreneurship education.
