高校大学生思想政治教育中自我教育负态效应研究

【摘要】:关于大学生思想政治教育中自我教育负态效应的研究具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。现以大学生自我教育的负态效应研究为突破口,力求改变思想政治教育现状,提高其有效性。大学生思想政治教育中的自我教育大致包括三个过程:自我认识、自我实践、自我评价,在整个过程中均出现了或多或少的负态效应。根据其出现的负态效应,分别从宏观和微观角度分析产生原因。宏观原因有如下四个方面:社会培养目标的功利性;社会现实与思政课价值目标相背离;思政教育与大学生的现实生活相脱节;教师素质不能适应时代要求。微观原因有如下五个方面:大学生心理素质原因;大学生缺乏接受教育的自觉性;大学生尚未形成稳定正确的价值观;大学生缺乏必要的思想政治教育实践。进而提出了克服负态效应的宏观与微观对策。宏观对策有如下四个方面:坚持“以人为本”,建立民主平等的教育关系;优化社会环境,,营造良好的舆论氛围;增强教育合力,提高思想政治教育的整体效应;建立思想政治教育负反馈系统,提高思想政治教育有效性。微观对策有如下五个方面:教育主客体开展交往式思想政治教育;受教育者增强自我教育能力;受教育者坚持正确的价值导向;发挥正式群体和非正式群体的作用;通过真情实感将思政教育落到实处。总之,克服思想政治教育中自我教育的负态效应对于更好的开展思想政治教育工作,提高其有效性具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the negative effect of self-education in college students' ideological and political education. In order to change the present situation of ideological and political education and improve its effectiveness, this paper takes the negative effect of college students' self-education as the breakthrough point. The self-education in the ideological and political education of college students includes three processes: self-cognition, self-practice and self-evaluation. In the whole process, there are more or less negative effects. According to the negative state effect, the causes are analyzed from the macro and micro point of view respectively. The macro reasons are as follows: utilitarianism of social training goal; deviation between social reality and value goal of ideological and political lesson; disconnection between ideological and political education and college students' real life; teachers' quality can not meet the requirements of the times. The microcosmic reasons are as follows: the reasons of college students' psychological quality; the lack of consciousness of college students to receive education; the lack of stable and correct values of college students; the lack of necessary ideological and political education practice of college students. The macro and micro countermeasures to overcome the negative state effect are put forward. The macro countermeasures are as follows: adhere to "people-oriented", establish democratic and equal educational relations, optimize social environment, create a good atmosphere of public opinion, strengthen the resultant force of education, and improve the overall effect of ideological and political education; Establish a negative feedback system of ideological and political education to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. The microcosmic countermeasure has the following five aspects: the subject and object of education carry out the communicative ideological and political education, the educatee strengthens the ability of self-education, the educatee insists on the correct value orientation, the function of the formal and informal groups is brought into play; Carry out ideological and political education through true feelings. In a word, overcoming the negative effect of self-education in ideological and political education is of great significance for the better development of ideological and political education and the improvement of its effectiveness.
