从专业期刊看数学教师专业发展

【摘要】:随着新课程改革的进行,中学教师的角色发生转变,成为学生学习的促进者,教育教学的研究者,课程的建设者与开发者和社区型的开放教师。这就需要教师摒弃以前陈旧的教学观念,学习新的教学理念,促进教师的成长,加快教师的专业发展,跟随时代的步伐前进。中学教师的成长呈阶段性,在不同的阶段教师的关注点不同,教师的职业能力不同,教师处理和加工信息的能力不同,同时教师的需求也不相同。教师的教学研究能力与教师的成长密不可分。当前环境下,要求教师不仅是教学的实践者,同时也要成为教学的观察者和探究者,将实践提升为理论。而教学研究能力最终要反映在撰写教学研究方面的论文的能力上,以论文内容的严谨性、可行性作为判断标准。本文以《数学通讯》为研究对象,调查发表论文的中学数学教师的学校所在地、教师的性别、职称、研究的内容,并列表分析,以此来分析影响中学数学教师专业发展的因素,并从教师教学研究角度对教师的专业发展提出合理的建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of the new curriculum reform, the role of middle school teachers has changed and become the promoter of students' learning, the researcher of education and teaching, the constructor of curriculum, the developer and the open teacher of community type. This requires teachers to abandon the old teaching ideas, learn new teaching ideas, promote the growth of teachers, accelerate the professional development of teachers, and follow the pace of the times. The growth of middle school teachers is phased. In different stages, teachers' attention points are different, teachers' professional abilities are different, teachers' ability to process and process information are different, and teachers' needs are also different. Teacher's teaching research ability and teacher's growth are inseparable. In the current environment, teachers are required not only to be practitioners of teaching, but also to be observers and inquiring of teaching, and to promote practice to theory. And the ability of teaching research should be reflected in the ability of writing teaching research, and the judgment standard should be the preciseness and feasibility of the content of the paper. Taking Mathematics Communication as the research object, this paper investigates the location of the middle school mathematics teacher, the teacher's gender, the professional title, the content of the research and the parallel table analysis, so as to analyze the factors that affect the professional development of the middle school mathematics teacher. From the perspective of teacher teaching research, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions for teachers' professional development.
