高校突发公共事件中的思想政治教育探究

【摘要】：随着社会环境的变迁，大学校园内部的各种突发公共事件时有发生。突发公共事件不仅会危及学生的生命财产安全，甚至会影响社会全局。高校作为建设社会主义精神文明的重要阵地，在公共安全建设中必须履行应对危机的责任。处理好突发事件对于维护高校的稳定与发展、构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。因而，，本文拟就高校突发公共事件中的思想政治教育问题展开研究。高校突发公共事件会造成校园的不稳定，并迅速影响到社会、国家的改革、稳定和发展。思想政治教育是高校突发公共事件应急管理中不容忽视的一个重要环节，对高校突发公共事件中的思想政治教育进行研究，不仅为高校的思想政治工作提供了新方法,而且还丰富了高校思想政治工作理论,具有一定的理论意义。本文首先对高校突发公共事件的表现形式进行概述，在结合相关实例列举的基础之上，介绍高校突发公共事件所造成的影响，归纳及分析高校突发公共事件的成因，进而探讨如何加强高校突发公共事件中的思想政治教育，指出了在处理高校突发事件过程中如何实现思想政治教育对事件本身和前后过程的全覆盖，确保大学生思想政治教育效果的最大化。
[Abstract]:With the change of social environment, a variety of unexpected public events occur from time to time. Public emergencies not only endanger the life and property of students, but also affect the whole society. As an important position in building socialist spiritual civilization, colleges and universities must fulfill their responsibility to deal with the crisis in the construction of public safety. It is of great practical significance to deal with emergencies to maintain the stability and development of colleges and universities and to build a harmonious socialist society. Therefore, this paper intends to carry out a study on ideological and political education in public emergencies in colleges and universities. Sudden public events in colleges and universities will cause instability on campus, and will quickly affect the reform, stability and development of society and country. Ideological and political education is an important link in the emergency management of public emergencies in colleges and universities. The study of ideological and political education in public emergencies in colleges and universities not only provides a new method for the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. It also enriches the theory of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and has certain theoretical significance. This paper first summarizes the manifestation of public emergencies in colleges and universities, introduces the impact of public emergencies in colleges and universities on the basis of relevant examples, and summarizes and analyzes the causes of public emergencies in colleges and universities. Then it probes into how to strengthen the ideological and political education in the sudden public events in colleges and universities, and points out how to realize the full coverage of the ideological and political education to the events themselves and the process before and after the events in the course of dealing with the unexpected events in colleges and universities. To ensure the maximum effect of ideological and political education for college students.
